We Didn't Forget, I Swear! • Kuroo Tetsurou & Kozume Kenma

Saying that it was the happiest day of your life is kind of the opposite. Because two of your best friend don't even remember your birthday, at all.

Like you're already waiting for them to say happy birthday or give you gifts or surprises for you today, but all that you got was a "(f/n)! (f/n)! I BROKE KENMA'S DS PLEASE HELP ME HIDE THIS DS RIGHT AWAY!!!!"

Yeah.

The supposed to be the best day of your life, turns to be the day where Kozume Kenma is furious with Kuroo because he accidentally sit on Kenma's brand new DS.

Maybe they're just too oblivious or maybe their eyes are just fucking broken that day, clearly there are some presents on your desk and locker from your dear other friends.

If you could slap their head, you will do it right away, right now, and right this second. But you keep it, after all what do you expect from these two idiots that've been practicing volleyball till 8pm.

"(f/n), please, Kenma won't talk with me at all!" Kuroo went to your class right after the lunch break's bell rang.

He is an upperclassmen and you are not in the same class as Kenma, so maybe that's why he came to your class.

"It's your fault." You said casually.

"I didn't mean it!"

"Well you're in no hope," You said. "And I don't want to keep this broken thing that doesn't belong to me."

He groaned. "Oh come on! Just keep it! Even if Kenma already knew that I broke his DS, it's better for you to hide it so he won't look at me like he want to slaughter me any second."

"Well if he doesn't, I will."

"(f/n)!"

You chuckled. "All right, dumbass. I'll keep it."

His smile blossomed and he gave you a nice side hug. Before he left, one of your classmate comes to your seat and say, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, (l/n)-SAN!"

You smiled and replied with a thank you. But, sadly, Kuroo doesn't care he just left without feeling any mistakes.

"Has Kuroo-senpai said Happy Birthday to you, (l/n)-san?" Your classmate asked.

You shrugged. "I don't know."

As your moods worsens, seconds after seconds, when the school ends you left the class right away. It's better for you to go home and cuddle up with your blankets than have to be stuck with two oblivious idiots.

But right before you went out the school gate, Kenma went to you. "Please tell Kuroo, don't nag me again."

You frowned. "What?! Tell him not me!"

"Jeez."

"What's with that?!"

"Just tell him! And where's my DS?"

"What the hell Kenma?!" You pushed Kenma away then left the school right away.

Then, you went straight home and locked yourself in your room.

"It's all because this damned DS!!" You threw Kenma's DS to your fluffy bed. But when the broken square thingy landed on your bed, the position was open. So being a curious person, you take a peek to the screen.

Then you found a message on the screen.

"WE DIDN'T FORGET! GO OUTSIDE OF YOUR ROOM!"

Then when you open your front door house, you found all the boys' volleyball team and couple of your classmates in your front-yard singing happy birthday and throwing confetti and clapping their hands happily.

"OTANJOUBI OMEDETOU, (L/N)(F/N)!!!!!"

They closed it with giving you a large (f/c) cake with a fireworks on top of it.

Mixed feelings. You really wanted to slap everybody that come to your front yard that time. But at the same time, you could felt that your eyes are swelling up and teary. This is the most glamorous, birthday you've ever had. But the most suckiest too.

"Blow the candle, (f/n)!!!" Your friends cheered as Kuroo and Kenma walks to you with birthday cake on their hands.

You chuckled then closed your eyes, making your beautiful wish then blow the beautiful candle on top of the cake.

Then you broke out to tears of happiness. "I HATE YOU GUYS! DAMN IT!"

They all laughing and cheering. "We love you (f/n)!!!!"

Kuroo and Kenma take turns to hug you and apologize. "Gomenasai."

"I hate you.."

"We know."

"But I love you too.."

"We know that too."

"Don't make surprise like this."

"Not promise though." Kuroo said smirking.

"Fuck you."

Extended Ending

"So who's (l/n)-senpai's boyfriend?" Lev asked innocently.

You, Kenma, and Kuroo is looking at him, shocked. "WHAT?!"

"Well I mean, Kenma-san and Kuroo-san was planning this birthday bash real good so is their in a threesome relationship?" Lev said again without even filtering his question.

Kenma and Kuroo shares a glance. Then both of them snake their arms to your waist or your neck.

"You should ask this birthday girl then." Kuroo said huskily.

"So... (f/n) who do you pick?" Kenma whispered to your ears, tickling you ears with his hot breath.
