33: Behind Closed Doors

[V's pov]

-The next day-

Rap monster: "Yesterday was Taehyung's birthday but since we celebrated Jin and Jungkook's relationship instead today we are at...drum roll please. Universal studios hollywood!"

Suga: "Wah! Go L.A.! Jjeoreo (sick)! Jjeoreo (sick)!"

J-Hope: "Saengil chukha hamnida (happy birthday to you)!"

Jimin: "Saengil chukha hamnida (happy birthday to you)!"

V: "Sarang ha neun Taehyungie (happy birthday dear Taehyungie)!"

Jungkook: "Saengil chukha hamnida (happy birthday to you)!"

I stare at Jungkook as he sings the last verse of my birthday song. Jungkook if you haven't noticed lately. I've been trying to keep my distance from you. I can't even look at you in the eyes anymore. I just feel so guilty for what I did to you.

Jimin: "Which ride should we go on first?"

J-Hope: "Let's get the birthday boy to decide."

V: "Since it's my birthday I'll let you decide for today."

J-Hope: "Jinja (really)?"

V: "This is a one time offer only."

My mind's not focused on the rides right now. I stare at Jin and Jungkook as they walk in front of us secretly trying to hold hands.

When they told us about their relationship I wasn't that surprised. I actually found out before they told us.

A few days ago when Jungkook was in the hospital after being poisoned everyone was going back to the hotel except for Jin. I accidentally left my phone there so I ran back to get it. But before I fully opened the door I found Jin cuddling Jungkook to sleep. That was when I found out.

I could only imagine how hurt Minhee would have been if she saw that scene.

Speaking of Minhee I see someone who looks exactly like her. Wait! That is her! My mind's not playing tricks on me is it?

I quickly run towards her without the members noticing.

V: "Minhee. It's you right?"

Minhee: "What a coincidence seeing you here."

V: "You know this is no coincidence. Go back to Korea. How did you even find out we were here?"

Minhee: "You haven't reported back to me lately?"

V: "There's nothing new that's important."

Minhee: "Are you sure? Then why are Jin and Jungkook holding hands?"

V: "Um...they ar-."

Minhee: "They are what? Speak faster."

V: "They are a couple now."

Minhee: "You're lying."

V: "It's the truth."

Minhee: "You're totally lying to me."

V: "I'm not. I am being completely honest."

Minhee: "I don't want to believe you. First you said it was Yoonmi now you're tel-."

V: "At first I thought it was Yoonmi but later on it turned out to be Jungkook. I wanted you to leave Jin because I didn't want you to know who he actually likes. It would hurt you too much."
