"So, you're into MCR?" James asked from my doorway as I hung up the picture above my bed.
"Yeah," I replied as I stepped back to look at the finished product, "After I get a job, I want to go to one of their concerts."
"Oh, uh, Rebel," he stumbled out, "you can't really do that."
"Why not?" I frowned it confusion.
"They sort of split up last year," he said, but I didn't believe him. I went on Google and searched My Chemical Romance. Sure enough, March 22nd, 2013 the band split up. Wow, how could a year and 5 months pass by, and I didn't know about this until now.
"Oh," I stood up, trying to hold the tears back. James came over to me and gave me a hug, making me feel a bit better.
"Don't worry, Rebs, there's more bands out there. You have a computer now, you can discover new ones," That was true, besides, MCRs music is still in existence, even though they are not. "Here, use this," I looked up from the ground, and at the computer screen. YouTube? "This has every band imaginable, I'm going to start you off with a band I like, Mayday Parade. Enjoy."
He left my room, and I clicked play on a song called Stay. It was beautiful. About 45 songs and 15 genres later, James came to my room again.
"Hey, how's it going?" He asked.
"Good," I replied, turning my computer off for the night, "are you sure you want me to stay here? I don't want to be a burden. "
"You'll never be a burden, I promise," he smiled at me.
"Good, well then can I take a shower?" I asked him. Now that I had a home, I didn't have to have dirty clothes and hair, that was probably the best part of this all. After my shower, James and I cuddled on the couch, ate popcorn, and watched game shows on TV. Two thoughts keep playing tug of war with my mind. Do I love him and Does he love me?
