ALLY's POV:
I saw him. I felt his touch. I know I did. We were leaning in for a kiss when suddenly, I couldn't feel him anymore. I opened my eyes to find that he was gone. "No," I yelled. "this can't be happening!" I dropped to the floor. "Ally," Trish asked. "What's wrong?"
I started to cry. "He was here."
"Who?"
I gulped. "Austin! He was here! He was a ghost, but now he's gone. Now, he's dead!"
I looked down. She patted me on the back when I heard a sneeze... or a cough. I can never tell.
"Bless you," both Trish and I said at the same time.
We looked at eachother. "That wasn't me," we both said again.
We heard another sneeze. I jerked my head towards Austin's lifeless body. Was that....? Another sneeze came out of his mouth.
I closed my eyes and sighed of relief. I got up and ran over to his bed.
"Austin," I knudged his shoulder. "Austin!"
I heard him whisper, "God? Is that you? Am I in Heaven?'
"No Austin! This is Ally! You're still alive!'
"Ally?"
I smiled as I watched his eyes flutter open to look at me. A tear streamed down my cheek.
"Austin, you're awake!"
He put his hand out shakily and touched my cheek, wiping my tear away.
"Yeah," he said softly. "What... What happened? Why... Why am I here?"
"You got in a jet crash," Trish stated. "You were seriously hurt!"
I looked from Trish to Austin. "Yeah. You almost died! But you're okay now!"
He nodded. "Alright! But wait, did you see me a minute ago, like as a ghost? Did we... kiss?"
I shrugged. "We almost kissed."
He nodded again. "Oh. Well then, what are you waiting for?"
I furrowed my eyebrows. "What do you mean?"
He smirked as much as he could. "Just kiss me already!"
My lips curved up into a smile and I leaned in.
Our lips met and I didn't want to let go. I held onto his shoulder while his hands slowly wrapped around my waist.
"Ahem."
I deepened the kiss and he gladly accepted.
"I said ahem!"
Austin and I broke away and looked towards Trish who now stood with Dez and the doctor.
"I see Mr. Moon has managed to pull through," the doctor said.
I blushed and looked over at Austin. He was blushing too.
The doctor smiled. "You two are cute!"
"Thanks," I said as my cheeks got redder.
"But," he continued. "You might want to lay off the kissing for a while. At the moment, Mr. Moon needs all the air he can get."
I bit my lip. "Sorry..."
He shrugged. "It's fine." He turned to Austin. "You sure scared some people there for a few hours."
Austin looked down. "I know. I'm just glad I'm still here."
The doctor nodded. "Everyone else will be happy you pulled through too. All your fans, family, and friends thought you were gone. They'll be excited to find out the truth."
Austin smiled softly.
"And I'm sure that once you get out of the hospital," he continued. "You'll be able to start your your right back up and your fans will be going crazy."
Austin shook his head. "I don't we t to go on tour."
"What," everyone in the room said in unison."
He gulped. "I don't want to go. I rather be with you guys than on stage singing in front of strangers."
I argued, "But Austin! This has been your dream for years. You can't just abandon it. Your fans will be crushed."
He shrugged. "I want to go, just not yet. I want to wait until all of you can go with me."
They all looked at me. Obviously, he was talking about me. I was the only one that wasn't able to come as of right now.
I sighed. "But I wouldn't be able to come for months. I don't want to keep you from your dream for that long."
"You're wrong though," he said. "Going on tour was never my dream... you were my dream."
A tear slipped down my cheek and I shook my head. "You don't mean that... Do you?"
He nodded. "I mean that will all my heart."
Another tear slipped down my cheek.
He sat up a little bit and pulled me in for a hug. I hugged him back and softly cried into his shoulder.
We hugged for a few seconds before leaning back to look at the others.
"Please," Austin begged. " I know you guys put a lot of work into making this tour for me but if you could please back it up a few months, it would make me the happiest man in Miami."
Trish bit her lip and sighed. "I guess I can talk to Jimmy about it." Austin and I smiled.
"Thanks," he said. "Plus, they're bound to give me some kind of been anyway, you know, to recover."
Trish nodded. "How about I just call Jimmy now, you know to see if I can extend any possible break."
"Okay," we agreed.
She left the room to go call the head of Austin's record label. The doctor left the room to call Austin's parents to tell them their child was fine. Dez left the room to go to the bathroom, so it was just me in Austin in the room.
I looked at him. "You know I love you, right?"
He nodded. "I love you too."
I smiled. "I know... I can't believe you were almost out of my grasp though "
He shrugged. "I couldn't believe it either. Oh well, I'm back and as healthy as I can be."
I remembered earlier today when the rescuers had gotten him out from under the jet. He had a piece of metal stuck in his chest. They did many tests on him and couldn't find any sense of life still in him.
Now, he was back... And to think I thought I lost the love of my life right after we had just confessed our love to each other.
Another tear slipped down my cheek
Austin wiped it away like before. I smiled and held his hand up to my face. I kissed his palm. "You're amazing." I said affectionately.
He laughed. "Stop talking to yourself!"
I giggled. "I'm not kidding. You really are amazing... But what if Jimmy doesn't let you stay until I can go on tour with you? What then?"
He looked down and frowned. "Then I'll just have to quit."
I shook my head. "No boyfriend of mine is a quitter!"
He sighed. "All I know is, I'm ever gonna quit on you."
I leaned down and kissed his cheek.
"See, that's what I'm talking about! Amazing!"
He rolled his eyes.
I heard the door open. We turned to look over at Trish.
"Yes!" she said into the phone. "I will let him know right away.... Yep... Okay, talk to you later, Jimmy!"
She hung up and put her phone in her pocket. "So...?"
She smiled at us. "Okay, so Jimmy said he was just glad you're okay and that he'll happily extend any break Last four months."
"Yes!!" both Austin and I said in unison. I threw my arms around him for a hug. He hugged back.
"I'm never going to leave you here," he whispered in my ear.
I pulled apart and grinned. "I'm never going to let you go."
