Part 23: Levana

Levana sat on her throne with pleasure in her eyes. She was able to she Linh Cinder in her presence after the four to five months of being apart since that night when Levana felt threaten by her. Levana had tried to kill her before, but she survived and was living in the Eastern Commonwealth the whole. Linh Cinder claimed that she was in love with Levana's fiance. She was still in love with him the either time to where she ruined Levana's wedding (I love making up this bullshit) by taking her groom away. Levana tried to get her answers, but the hostages that she had didn't give her the answers to win her prize.

            Now she possesses the prize she's been longing for, to see Linh Cinder be interrogated and tortured before she dies. Linh Cinder was sitting in a chair with her accomplice Carswell Thorne of the American Republic who is a fugitive to the American Republic, Australia, and the Eastern Commonwealth. 

            Levana stared into their eyes with happiness as she was going to start the questioning, "You repulsive bitch! What the hell is wrong with you?"

            "What the hell is wrong with you, auntie?" Cinder smirked back.

             "You don't know any of my true intentions," Levana called out.

              "You tried to kill me to be queen, permanently!"

               "I thought you would end up like your mother. Careless, self-centered, and always perfect compared to me. I'm hard-working and I give a shit about my country so much that I'm a little harsh to my people just because I care for them."

                 "Bullshit! You only care about yourself like your fucking sister!" the accomplice helping the responsible one for everything.

                    "And apparently, I'm nothing like my mother! I didn't even know her fully! All I know is that I look like her a little, she was Queen of Luna after your parents were assassinated and she's my mother and your sister," Cinder pointed out. And even though Levana didn't want to admit this out loud, Cinder was correct about that. Cinder later added, "It's actually that's to you that I ended up like this. A lunar cyborg who doesn't know how it's like to be lunar. Someone lunar that didn't know she was lunar until after I met you that night. Someone who is willing to fight for what is right. Not because she has to, but because she wants to do the right thing for good intentions for once in her life. Besides, I know how it's like to wish to fit in when you know your an outcast. To be treated less than you should've been all thanks to you."

                  Levana was the one who tried to kill her, she realized that, but she is not willingly going to give up her crown to Linh Cinder. Levana needed time to think and cope, "Guards! Lock them in the dungeons and have double the amount of guards that normally guard down there. I want to ask her for more, but I want to do it with plenty of time in my hands. Take them away from my sight."

                  Levana marched away to where she couldn't be bother, her bedroom. She sat on the bed to think about what she must do to stay queen. For what she believes is good for herself and for Luna.
