Sec. 1-1:1

You are a ray of sunlight.
No matter how deeply
I hate the heat
Nor how much I yearn for darkness,
I need to be engulfed.

You're the rain.
Clearing the world of poisons,
And soothing my tempers.
I need to be cleansed.

You are a poofy, white cloud.
You interrupt my strolls,
So I can pause I watch the way
You slowly make your way.
I need to be fascinated.

You, my dearest, are a star.
I see you so often;
In the darkness I yearn for,
In the black blanket of the night,
And so frequently in my dreams.
I reach for you each time.

But you are too far.
And alas, I am still an observer,
Longing for your touch.

I need YOU.
