"Ow.." She would flinch as she watched the blood drip down her finger while she tried to clean up the mirror shards. 'How pathetic..' It seemed pathetic now for her to find a reason to continue so why was she going to continue? Why bother?

Who would miss her? Who would cry over her? They might. The pink haired girl smiled down at the red metallic blood with tear stung eyes. She hated them, she didn't care about them.. But if they were screaming or in need she'd be there. What a liar she was. Filthy liar.

Quickly she pushed back her stupid tears and wiped away the blood. "One day.. " She whispered as she cleaned up her room. "One day.." She plopped on her bed looking around. Selfish thoughts filled her mind willingly. Never in history, it seemed, to be anyone so desperate to die. Desperate to let the pain end and be completely done with it.

Desperate to never again-

...
..

There was a knock at her door that started her heart so quickly she barely had time to get a grip.

The irony.

With a sigh, the sad little girl headed to the door yanking it open to find a pair of tragic blue eyes that would, little did she.. No.. Little did they both know, would forever remain inside her ever growing fire.

"What do you want?" Hisano asked with a half pathetic smile but her bitterness clear. Purple locks would fall in his right eye tenderly like at the beginning of every romance but his eyes lacked welcoming like at the beginning of every tradegy. "I'm already getting your stupid mail." He responds with coldness that matched her own.

She would stare at him aimlessly for a reason to actually care. "As if I care. Give it to me." She snatched the mail eager to escape the male. He would laugh and smirk at her. "You're pretty rude.." He'd practically whisper it to her as if it were a secret.

"Ha.. So are you.. Is that all?" She asked dryly because she had half the mind that she should have already shut the door yet she hadn't. "How do ya feel about curry? I made too much of it." The boy carelessly leaned on her door frame.

"You give me a rash." She's grin maliciously expecting him to flinch and lose that fuckboy demeanor she thought he developed. He did frown a little before snorting and breaking into a genuine laughter that shocked the miserable girl.

"You're pretty funny.." He made the mistake of flashing a brief smile her way.

"... Are you stupid...?.." She was now trying to discourage him.

Don't get any closer.. I'm begging you.

The poor prince couldn't stop himself. It was her eyes. They were just like his. Though he was smiling they could both see the darkness the other's eyes held. "Maybe.. That would explain so much." He would say calmly but she heard the touches of venom his in voice, venom from his and her broken souls.

"I don't want any damn curry." Hisano would try to fill the silence that rested heavily between them. "It's just one night of eating curry." He would sigh in annoyance. "I don't know you perv." She'd retort.

"Forgive me.. Forgive me.. I'll bring the curry down here alright?" Before she could speak he was gone and before she could close the door he returned.

"You are overly concerned for a pervert." She would huff though she had grabbed the warm bowl of curry.
"And you are overly gentle to a so called pervert so that makes two of us. I'm Maximus." He held out his hand to her. She would hesitant before he would add, "One handshake is not a invite for sex." Hisano laughed taking his hand. Her hand was warm and fit beautifully in his cold one. Her laughter, though bitter, floated through the air and devoured the cold air around the prince-like boy giving him chills. "Hisano.."

She was suppose to slam the door, curse at him. He was suppose to roll his eyes, deny chivalry. But instead they sat on the steps between the decent sad girl's apartment and the luxury miserable boy's flat poking fun, getting angry, and eating half cold curry until they both coiled back to their realities and separated.

The irony, little did they both know, touches of venom from broken souls until they both coiled back to their realities and separated.
