Brenda's POV:

Winter break was over and school had just started again and there had been rumors about a new girl in our grade so we were finally going to find out if these rumors where true or not. Analleli had slept over the day before so we both got to school together. When we got to school we instantly looked for Mayra and Diana to tell them about our amazing winter break and to see how theirs went. We started walking and after about five minutes we finally found Mayra and Diana who were with their boyfriends sitting in a table talking. Analleli and I quickly screamed their names and ran to them and we all got in one group hug. When they all heard the news they all got really happy and Diana then said "aye now we can quadruple date." "not just yet. Jack hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend officially" Analleli said with a sad face. "what really?" I asked "Don't worry he'll ask you soon you know how he is." I said trying to cheer her up. Adam had asked me to be his girlfriend on our last day of winter break.

As we kept talking a girl that we've never seen before came up to us and asked "hey do any of you guys know where Mr. Fautex classroom is" Analleli and I both said yeah and pointed over to it. She then said "Thanks i'm Shaney i'm new here" We all said nice to meet you and introduced ourselves. After a few minutes of talking with Shaney we all got to know her better and we even found out that she was also in the same grade as us. The bell soon rang and Shaney, Analleli and I continued talking as we headed to AcNum.

Lunch-Analleli's POV:
Finally lunch time I was starving in AcLead. I couldn't wait for the class to be over Ms. Hoffpauir just kept on rambling about a movie about health that we were gonna started watching soon. I quickly got out of AcLead and headed to our usual table were Brenda and I always met. I sat down and began eating my sandwich while I waited for Brenda. After about like 5 minutes Brenda arrived with Shaney. We started talking and eating our food and after about another 5 minutes Diana and Mayra arrived with Aaron and Zack. Adam soon came after surprising Brenda with a red rose. As he was about to say something he noticed Shaney and said "I see you guys have already met my sister" as he pointed to Shaney. "What!?" we all said at the same time. "What. You never mentioned you had a sister" Brenda soon said. "Well it never came up" He responded. "Wait so are you guys like twins?" Diana asked "no she's my step sisters" Adam clarified. "Well I guess you and me are gonna be great friends" I heard Brenda say to Shaney. "And why is that?" She asked "I'm Adams girlfriend" "omg wait so your the girl that Adam can't stop babbling about" "yeah I am" Brenda said blushing and giggling. "Aww Brenda that's so cute" I said "how about we celebrate with a movie night at my place tonight?" I asked. "Sorry I really wish I could but Adam said Jack needed my help for who knows what so I'm going to Adams house after school." She said "oh okay" I said with a somewhat disappointed look because it was the beginning of what I was afraid all along. My best friend was slowly gonna start forgetting about me to spend time with her boyfriend. Or so I thought. "Hey turn that frown upside down we'll have movie night on Friday." She said trying to cheer me up "okay and Shaney your totally invited too" "omg thanks guys it's gonna super fun" Shaney said.

After school - Brenda's POV:

inally the day was over I had to stay after school for a few minutes to talk to Mr. Fautex for help in geometry. I told Adam that I would meet him at his house after I talked to Mr. Fautex. He left with Jack while Shaney decided to wait for me. After I got help Shaney and I headed to Adams house. It didn't take long to get their since he lived pretty close to the school. When we got their no one was their but Jack. When Jack saw us he greeted both of us with a hug. "someone's happy" I said "yeah I guess" he said blushing and looking down at his feet. "okay so can I know why you asked me to come and it better be good I had to turn down movie night with analleli to come and help you with who knows what" I said in a angry/jocking tone "can't tell you yet we have to wait for Adam" he responded "and where's Adam didn't you guys leave together" I asked "yeah he went to get some pizza he figured you guys would be hungry" "okay. But at least tell me part of why I'm here you know I get impatient when it has to do with stuff like this" I said trying to convince him to tell me why he made me come. "okay I need help trying to figure out how to ask analleli to officially be my girlfriend but I don't know how and I figured since your her best friend you could help me since you know her more" "awww that's so sweet" Shaney and I both said. Soon Adam arrived with pizza and drinks. I ran up to him gave him a hug and a kiss in th cheeck. We sat down in the kitchen and started eating and then it hit me. "OMG I got it" "what?" they all asked "how you can ask analleli" "how" jack asked "okay so on Friday we order a pizza and asked them to make it in the shape of a heart and to write in the box 'will you be my girlfriend or is this too cheesy' during lunch you and Adam go get it and we let analleli get the first slice and she will totally be surprised" "OMG that will be so cute" Shaney said "OMG thank you so much your the best" jack said giving me a bear hug.
