I had first seen her across the street from me, I seen her sipping on a latte, probably pumpkin spice since this seems to the season for it, yet she doesn't seem like she'd be the type to enjoy it.
She was wearing a bright orange jacket with a slightly darker beanie. Deep blue jeans and a pair of black leather boots that go to just before her knees.
She has a backpack right next to her chair, leaning against the leg. She was in high school, maybe college.
I don't know what's wrong with me. I felt this overwhelming feeling followed by a strange warmth and fuzziness, the nausea. I don't know why but this girl had effected me so.
She got up to walk away, throwing one strap over her shoulder as it just seems to cascade perfectly.
I stand, not sure of what to do so I just followed her. She walked straight for the most part then she turned left, through the alley and up a block, climbing to the top of her building and looking down, I sat on the bench, still across the way. Just, watching her. Then she went inside her building and I went my own way, destined to see her again.
