The Big Deal

Shay's POV:

I wake up in the morning to my phone buzzing. It's 10 am, and it says that I had just received a new email. When I opened the email, it was from Alé.

Shay,
I have just received an email from a movie industry. The producer wants you to star in his next movie. He wants to start filming next month. Once I receive more information, I will let you know right away. Congrats!

Alé

Oh my gosh, I'm going to be starring in a movie! This is a dream come true! I have to tell Colette right away. I run into the kitchen to tell Colette, then I see a note on the counter

Shay,
I went to run errands with Brock and Daxton. I'll be back around 11:00. I made some breakfast for you. See you later. :)

S- Colette, I have some news to tell you once you get home!

C-Oh really? What is it!

S-It's a suprise! I'll tell you later!

C-Okay!

S-Oh and make sure you get some footage for the vlog :) I'll vlog rn too

C- On it! Gotta go, getting us something for lunch

S-Okay. Love you!

C-Love you too

Colette's POV:

I couldn't wait to find out what Shay's news was! Once I got home, I ran into his office. ,"Okay, honey. What's the big news?" I asked. Shay showed me an email from Alé. He was going to star in a movie! ,"Oh my gosh, Shay! I'm so proud of him!" I said as I gave him a big hug. Shay said,"I can't believe this is actually happening! Want to go on a date tonight to celebrate? Casey and Kayli said that they wouldn't mind watching the kids.","Of course!" I told him.

When the kids got home, we decided not to tell the kids yet. We were planning on making it a suprise. We dropped the kids off at Casey's and headed off on our date. We went out to dinner, the mall, and to a movie. It was great. I love getting to spend time with Shay. I was so happy for him that he got the opportunity to be in a movie.
