(Back to Scarlett)

I found myself in the basement. I could see shadows moving around but I couldn't see what they were. I knew something was up. I made my way to the stairs and switched the light on. I turned back around to look into the basement as I saw Audrey. She stood there with a smirk on her face.

"Stay away from me!" I was scared, scared that she would hurt me.

"Hahha, I already have!" She said with a smooth and threatening voice. She faded away. Wtf? I was so confused how did she do that. I thought I must have been hallucinating but before I could second guess the images  came back Into my mind.

I was up stairs. Audrey pushed me. I fell off and everything went black.

I raced out of the basement and into the houses entry. My body wasn't there. No one was. I then felt this weird sensation. Of a ghost. Another ghost in the house. I ran into my bedroom and found my body on my bed. That's when it was confirmed. I was dead. Audrey had pushed me off the second floor and I was dead. I would never be able to talk to my family again. Wait Hang on. I realised I needed to talk to Carson. I looked around the house calling out for him but he was no where to be found. Once I had looked all over the house I returned to the houses entry. I dropped to the floor and started crying. I didn't want to be dead. I wanted to live and move back home. I'll never get to watch Aiden grow up. My mum will die leaving Aiden alone. I cried for a while before I felt a hand on my back. A warm hand. I looked up to see my mum and Aiden. Aiden had a worried look on his face as mum crouched down next to me.

"Honey, what's wrong?" How could she see me?

"Mum!" I could talk to her, I enclosed her in a tight hug. I had never been happier to see her, maybe I wasn't dead, maybe I was back in my body, maybe it was a dream! She moved some hair away from my face.

"What happened?"

"It doesn't matter, I'm okay now!" She smiled at me. I knew she was still worried but she knew I was truly fine. I ran over to Aiden and picked him up in my arms. He was super heavy but I managed. He hugged me back and smiled. I put him back on the ground as the three of us walked into the kitchen. My mum and I talked for over an hour. The first good talk we've had for a while. Aiden watched his TV while I helped mum with dinner. When it was ready Mum made us all eat in the dinning room as usual. It was a big room, the table could fit around fourteen people yet it was only us three. One day I hopped to bring Carson around when I was ready to tell my mum about him. Dinner was good and that night the three of us watched freaky Friday in my mums king size bed. Once it was over I went back to my room and there was a horrible surprise for me.

What's the surprise?
