Chapter 1: The Morning Of Halloween

I looked up at the roof of my room I can't believe that tonights Halloween, my first Halloween with my new family,in a new town,with new friends...well friend.

Knock Knock

"Huh?" I sit up and look at the door.

"Miranda, breakfasts ready!" I hear my Mom say

"K,I'll be right out!" I respond. I hop up and sprint out to the dining room, I smell bacon Yes! Mom made bacon! But what's the occasion??? I stop at my chair and sit in it looking at the brown crispy bacon in front of me. I look up at my mom and ask "What's with the bacon? We only have that for special occasions..don't we? I mean I've only been here for 9 months but...-"

"Relax,and don't worry,I just think that Halloween's a special occasion"

"Oh really? Awesome!" I start eating the bacon like crazy,drenching it in syrup.

"Hold on Miranda,you don't wanna get a stomach ache"

"I don't really care for that as long as I eat all this before Tyler wakes up"

She chuckled "Ya well I guess your right,but I would just slow down if I were you"

I nod ok and keep eating,a little slower then I was before.
