Simplistic waited patiently for an answer. He didn't seem to mind letting me understand what the hell is happening. For a moment I looked around the room I ended up in. The walls were lined with elegant iron box shaped pipes. It was carved with tiny incomprehensible words and symbols from when Blaize ruled Blaizecraft. The whole wall soared about fifty feet high and 35 feet wide. The curving walls cast shadows upon the ever so patient Simplistic, underscoring his old wrinkles even more than it did normally. On each corner of the wall lay a diamond block with a round lapis lazuli shape on it. I recognized how the marble walls were made; it was like how the Blacksmith made his building. I took a closer look at it and saw a small signature- the Blacksmith's signature. I looked around some more while lying on the hard rock bed I was laying on until my eyes met Simplistic's. I could tell he was getting anxious.

"You want me to revive a penguin? Governor, er, ex-Governor, did that traveling merchant from Herpcraft really fool you about the man who made a living creature with lightning? Or perhaps the storyteller from Derpcraft fooled you that penguins were born by electricity?" The old man smiled as if he was amused that I thought he was a dumb, helpless elder like how Beargrace from the zoo is.

Somewhat contradicting himself, Simplistic struggle to find the right words. Until finally he carefully handpicked the words he wanted to say, "Ho ho, no Mikis I am surprisingly still smart enough to know not to fall for any man’s trickery. In fact, I know for a fact that your special friend can and will revive my dear old penguin. Now, carry on now, I can drop dead any minute now." He handed over the corpse of the penguin. It was cold and lifeless. Somehow Simplistic trusted a lowly street urchin, who is only known for causing ruckus with his strange '˜witchcraft' power, to take this dead flightless bird and resurrect it from the dead. He beckoned me to take the penguin and place it on the bed. I was reluctant to hold a dead animal's body, afraid of the very strict Animal Protection Agency of Blaizecraft to bust in the door and arrest me for animal abuse.

I took the penguin and gently laid him on the stone table. Even though it wasn't alive, it still looked happy. With the jolly, good natured Simplistic as his owner, I would only be natural for the penguin to be happy as well. The old governor rested his hand on my soldier, and almost like a switch the mysterious electricity within me awoke and surged throughout my body.

"How did you do that?" I asked astonishingly.

Almost mockingly he said, "All questions shall be answered when the time comes, young one."

With a slight kick from the old man I laid my right palm on the penguin's little heart and let the sparks of life jolt through its body.

It worked. The penguin's eyes opened and his heart beat was quick. Simplistic smiled. He walked up to the penguin, and the penguin stood there so happy to finally see his master again. With a tear in his eye he said to me, "Mikis, thank you so much for what you have done. I am afraid that my time on this world is near and I want you to watch out for him. His name is Simp's Penguin, but he will be your penguin. Therefore, he will be named Mikis's Penguin. A good name, isn't it? Goodbye, Mikis." Simplistic faded away into thin air and then there was nothing. I blinked in disbelief, after five minutes of looking for him I decided he was really gone. My penguin waddled up to me and hugged me.

I had a new friend.
