"Hey, Hanji! Jaeger!"
"Short..." Hanji finished before turning around.
"Hey, brat!"
His voice was deep and cold as Rin turned around. But seeing him nearly made her break out laughing seeing how short he was, but she can't really say much considering she's around his height herself, but it was still kinda funny, but quickly composed herself regardless. "Can I help you?"
"The hell are you laughing at?"
"First off, I'm not a brat, second, I wasn't laughing, I was trying not to laugh because you're kinda short, and third, well, you're just short."
"You're one to talk." He walked up to Rin, sending the redhead daggers, though it didn't seem to faze her any. "You're shorter than me, runt."
"Yeah, by like one inch, smartass."
"Levi! It's always so nice to see you!" Hanji said happily.
This girl is way too happy for her own good... Rin thought, folding her arms.
"Zip it, four eyes." The shorty known as Levi hissed.
Suddenly, he reached up and grabbed a lock of Rin's hair, staring at it before dropping it. "What the actual fuck is wrong with your hair?" He asked harshly.
She scoffed. "It's my natural hair color, thank you. So you can piss off if you don't fucking like it."
"Rin, this is the guy I was talking about who is "Mr. Popular..."" Hanji said.
A small smirk curled on Rin's lips. "Oh, really? This little shorty is Mr. Popular, ehh? That's a laugh."
Suddenly, Rin was pinned to a nearby locker by the shorty. "Ohh, shorty's got a temper too."
"You are an incredible smartass, brat and you're beneath me."
She chuckled. "That's cute, you think you scare me. News flash, Short Stack, you can threaten me all you want, but until you've lived in my shoes, you don't know scary." He slammed the redhead against the locker, but it didn't hurt. Frankly, it just annoyed the hell out of her.
"You're starting to become a pain in my ass." Levi spat.
"And you're not scaring me, so I suggest you let go."
"And if I don't? Are you gonna make me?"
"Something like that."
"A girl like yourself, hurt me?" He almost chuckled, but instead, scoffed.
"I would, but..." Rin leaned into his ear. "I kinda said I would be good for my first day. That, and you're not worth my time, sweetheart." She leaned back to stare at his blank face.
"Then what is worth your time?"
"I'd rather not bore you with a sad song." Rin replied sarcastically. "Now if you'll excuse me..." She kneed him in the side, pushing the raven out of the way as Hanji caught him before walking off. "I'll be on my way." She fake smiled before rolling her piercing blue eyes.
