"I'm really sorry Haise,I really am--"

"You just say that! You don't mean it!"

"Just let me explain--!"

"THAT WHAT? YOU'RE AN ENEMY OF HUMANITY?! YOU MADE ME BELIEVE YOU WERE GOOD!"

". . . If you wanted me to leave, you could've just told me."

"GET OUT!"

"I'm sorry."

"I SAID GET OUT!"

It's been a long day. Akira noticed the stressed aura Sasaki's been giving out, it was quite obvious. He wouldn't greet her as bright as he would usually do, he would only finish half of his coffee.

Just how much could this girl affect him?

Haise would day dream about you, thinking that one day when we could come home, you were there with open arms.

"What should I do?"

There was one thing that you both shared, your love for the rain. He stood there walking home, an umbrella shielding him from the harsh winds and rain threatening to attack him.

"Will you be there?"

He opened the front door of the apartment he shared with his squad. Haise was greeted by his squad members all enjoying their time together, after all, it was Christmas Eve. The scent of brewed coffee loitered around the air, it made him believe that you were home.

But you didn't come home like the other nights, even if it was Christmas.

"Oh what a bunch of fools we lovers are."
