I slowly sat up from the bed, and looked around. I became quite confused on why I was at Yooyoung's place. Last night flashed into my brain, and it became clearer. A smile appeared on my face when remembering the mini conversations we had.

I was in Yooyoung's bedroom, getting ready before heading downstairs. She wasn't in her bedroom, so I'm assuming she's helping her mom cook.

I quietly went downstairs, hoping I wouldn't make any soundscape my foot left the stairs. The smell of eggs roam around the living room and made my stomach grumble.

Yooyoung's mom looked over at me and gave me a sweet smile, "you're awake, come and eat." She signaled me over to the kitchen where I finally saw Yooyoung eating. "I have to go now, I can't be late." She came over to Yooyoung and kissed her forehead and then hugged me. "You two girls better not skip school."

We both smiled, "yea, we understand." I grabbed the plate filled with eggs and sat down adjacent to Yooyoung. When we heard the door close, Yooyoung stared at me and for a second, I thought I did something wrong.

"You've skipped school two days ago," she started. "Maybe you should just stay here for a couple of days."

I smiled, "it's better than being alone and have nothing to do." I quickly ate my food, hoping it would satisfy me.

"I'm not done yet. " She said, glaring at me with her sharp eyes. "You also came home late last night." She took a spoonful of eggs before continuing. "And what do I see? Some boy carrying you home." She was getting mad by the minute, and I couldn't help but smile. "You really should be careful."

"We were just hanging out, and I guess I just fell asleep." I told as I left the table. The food wasn't enough, but I'll survive.

"Never fall asleep when there's a boy." Said said as she saw me leave the table. "Who knows what they'll do."

I laughed at how protective she was and looked back at her. "He's a friend, I trust him." I turned on the water and began to wash my plate.

"What's what you said last time." She mumbled quietly, knowing that I wouldn't be able to hear what she had said.

"What'd you say?" I asked, unable to hear the words she mumbled. I turned off the water just to hear her speak again.

"Trust him my ass." She scoffed. "You're too naive for this world." She stood up and walked over to me.

"Stop worrying! You won't be replaced as my best friend." I said as she put her plate in the sink for me to wash.

She smiled as she went away to the living room, but then it disappeared once Ujin's focus wasn't on her, "I can't let your heart be broken again."

"Anyways, I'm working part time today." I suddenly added. "I'll be back at 11." I said, telling her just in case she gets worried when I come home late again.

"You found a job?" Yooyoung asked surpringly. "When did this happen?"

I nodded, "I can't let you guys pay my rent, I feel bad." I close off the water once I finished and walked towards her.
