A City In The Sea (Interactive Bioshock X Reader)

The Arrival

A loud roar echoes through Rapture, causing you to wake up. You sit straight up and look around. Quickly realizing you don't know where you're at, you look around curiously. You find a note next to you, along with some money. The note read,
"Dear (Y/N),
Welcome to Rapture! It's a bit different from your home up in (where you live), but hey it's got it's good things too. Now listen up, there are several rules you need to follow while you're here or else things aren't gonna turn out well for ya. Rule 1. Do not touch a Big Daddy or his Little Sister. If you do, good luck. Rule 2. If you aren't looking for a fight, stay away from the splicers. They'll kill ya wether you're innocent or not. Rule 3. Always carry a weapon or so just in case. You never know what'll happen here. Rule 4. 'Round here, you're either a friend or a foe. Make your choice. Well that's all I got for ya! Good luck and again, welcome to Rapture, the city in the sea.

You blink and read over it again. "Whose....N?" You ask yourself aloud. "Hm...Oh I know a Nick! And a Natasha. Think it could be one of them, stranger?" An unfamiliar voice said. You look up and see a girl staring down at you with a smile. She has short bright red hair pulled back in a small pony tail, and bangs that are tucked under a pair of goggles on the top of her head. Freckles cover her pale skin and she has electrifying bright blue eyes. She blinks and says, "You gonna say something or what?" "Uh- Yeah sorry- You just sorta startled me..." You stuttered. "Oh. Oops, sorry~! The names Darcy." She smiled and held out a hand to help you up. "Nice to meet you Darcy. I'm (Y/N)." You take her hand and she pulls you up, and shakes it. "You're not from around here (Y/N), are you?" You shake your head, and pick up the note, stuffing it in your pocket. "I'm from (where you live). It's....above here." She giggled, "Well you're in luck cause I've lived here my whole life. Born and raised Rapture baby. I can teach you the ropes, if you're ok with that."
