Dear Diary,
OMG. Chris Dylan looked at me when he passed in the hallway. He looked directly at me and smiled, SMILED!!!! My best friend, Jane gave me a disappointed look when I just stared back at him, instead of saying hi. Jane doesn't understand. Chris is ultra popular and I'm not. Jane an I on the popularity scale get a measly 2 , while Chris and his girlfriend, Jennifer, get over 100. Jennifer is blonde, skinny, fabulous in every way. I'm kinda chubby, dark haired, and possibly ugly in every way. Chris probably smiled at me cause he was trying to be nice. My sister, Carla, is Jennifer's best friend. I tried to ask her about Jennifer and Chris but she told me to stop asking cause I don't have a chance with him. Whatever. Carla probably just wants to be his girlfriend if Jennifer ever breaks up with him. Anyway, I need to study for a big geometry exam tomorrow. Write you later
