Melissa's POV
I'm in my third period science class right now still
thinking about the the whole "Hayes is coming back". I can't seem to get it out of my mind. I never told anyone but I always I had a small crush on Hayes. I practically knew him since third grade but I never
really talk to him. I can't really explain how my crush formed. All I know was since third grade, Hayes has always been good looking and kind. Over the Years of seeing him, he really glowed up😏. Before he became famous, he was always the type of boy that was sort of shy. He wouldn't really talk much,but he always seem to help you with anything. Then after him and his brother Nash became famous, he started changing and opening up to everyone. I guess that's what fame can do to you. I haven't seen him at school since earlier of this year. But enough about thinking about Hayes. I should pay attention in class.
"Hey Melissa are you ok?" Jasmine says. I guess I was zoned out for about five minutes. "Yeah I'm good" I say assuring her. Jasmine's face changed from concern to relief. I patiently wait to I hear the bell ring indicating that this period is over. Luckily it came true. I see that everyone getting up from the seats and hurriedly walking out of the classroom. I get up from my seat and I see two of my best friends, Alyssa and Jasmine, patiently waiting for me. I walk over to them and we all start walking out of class. Luckily it's luch time ( my favorite time of the day at school😂) so we don't have to rush. "So guys what do you want to do today??" Alyssa says. "Idk lets go to my house and just chill" Jasmine says. "Ok!" Alyssa and I say in unison. After receiving out food, we start walking to our usual table and sit down. Once we sit down, we start having pointless conversation not bothering to eat our food because the food is horrible. "I heard Hayes is already home and he will be coming to school tomorrow!" Alyssa excitedly says while Jasmine starts clapping her hands. I nonchalantly say "Why are you guys so excited? He's just another human and you all didn't even talk to the darn boy when wasn't famous" "ok ok alright" Alyssa plainly says. "Sooooo you didn't even talk to him either and he's a sexy ass human and we so happen to have seen him in person more times then any of his fans" Jasmine says with sass. " I mean you do have a point,but you guys shouldn't be soo excited. Please try to act normal and chill and rememeber him as the same boy we have seen for years" I say. " OKAYYYYYY" they say. After what seemed like forever, the bell finally indicating that lunch is over.
Skipping to the end of school______________________________________________________
Alyssa,Jasmine, and I are walking to Jasmine's house. Once we get there, we walk straight in and immediate plop on the couch. "Yaayyy no one's here" Jasmine says. I'm kinda of glad no one's here because I always get uncomfortable. I know but you have known Jasmine for years. Her parents don't speak English and I feel like an ailien. Jasmine is always communicating with them in Spanish. Her mom understands English she just don't speak it. I know confusing. " so what do you guys want to watch" Jasmine turning on the tv and going straight to Netflix. Me and Alyssa immediately looks at each other and screams "FAULT IN OUR STARS!!" (Only if it was really actually on Netflix😢) "ok ok enough of the screaming" Jasmine says laughing. After making our popcorn, we went back to the living room and turned the movie on.
Just as the movie ends, all of us has tears streaming down our face. I SWEAR that movie gets to you. It's so wonderful and sad at the same time. It's like the perfect love story. After we get done crying, I check my phone and it's 6:30pm. I'm starting to get tired so I decide to call my mom and let her know I'm ready to get picked up. "Well that was emotional but good" Alyssa says breaking the silence. "Yeah it was" I say. "Well let's watch Mean girls to your mom gets here" Jasmine says. "Ok" I say. After 20 minutes into watching the movie, I hear my mom's beep outside. Jasmine pauses the movie and gets up along with Alyssa. I grab my bookbag and phone. All three of us walk out the house to my mom's car. Alyssa and Jasmine says hi to my mom and I get inside the car. They say bye to me and thwn my mom drive off. Once we get inside, I walk upstairs to my room and change into my pajamas. I get inside my bed and I decide to text Alyssa and Jasmine in our group text.
M: hey guys I had fun watching the fault in iur stars with my besties
A: awee 😘😘 mee too
J: same 😘😘 we should do that more often
M: what often?
J: omg dumb ass im talking about watching movies together at each other's houses
A: rifghtttt omgg🙋🙋 Melissa is being a dumb ass
M: heyy im not dumb!😠😢 you guys are mean
J: wee LOVE you thoo😍😍😍
A: yeah you're our lil dumb ass😘😘💜💜😍😍
M: aweee you guys are so sweet...note the sarcasm😕
J: stoppp wee meann it we love you😍😍💜💜😘😘😍😍😍💜💜💜 Melissa believe ussd
A: rightt melissa you better believe us
M: aweee guys you know I believe yalll
M: guys im getting sleepy soo goodnight😴😴
A: okk GOODNIGHT boo😘😘
J: same and goodnight my darling😴😴😍😍
And with that, I put my phone on the charger and turned on the tv since I'm scared of the dark. I layed in my bed,staring at the ceiling until sleep took over me.

I hope y'all liked the chapter it was wayyy longer than the other one I hated the first chapter like it was so short. It was actually the reason why I didn't update in over two weeks. I know my writing sucks and I know this chapter wasn't mostly about hayes but just be patient the next chapter will be. I promise😏😏😍😘
