London bridge is falling down falling down falling down London bridge is falling down my fair lady.
Build it up with bricks and claybricks and clay bricks and clayBuild it up with bricks and clay my fair lady.
Bricks and clay will crumble and fall crumble and fall crumble and fall Bricks and clay will crumble and fall my fair lady.
One night a long time ago in the reign of queen elizabeth herself plans for a magnificent and wonderous bridge were conceived the bridge was to be made of bricks of grey. But one night on the bridge a fault had been discovered and it collapsed taking the lives of forty five workers.
When Queen elizabeth hears of this tradgy she orders it be rebuilt with iron and steel. Half way through the reconstruction the iron bends and steel buckles and the bridge again collapses killing fifty more workers and citizens. By now the bridge is becoming infamous for collapsing and has been dubbed as haunted. The queen yet again orders for a rebuild of the bridge only this time using a base of iron and steel and building onto it with bricks it is fully constructed with no problems elizabeth orders it be decorated with silver and gold. The workers get to work setting the intricate designs of gold and silver. During the process another two deaths accore. When the gold and silver decorations are completed there is a celebration banquet held over the nation to celebrate and commemorate the workers and citizens. Gifts of flowers and the finest chocolates are bestowed to the families.
All is well for the years to follow. Up until the day the greatest heist took place. The silver and gold was stolen and the death soon followed. London tower had never witnessed such brutality. Thirty one in total were murdered in suspect of the theft of london bridges jewels.but the death didn't stop when they found the culprit more deaths followed. The yard start to suspect a serial killer. Only no clues are found to link the murders to anyone. Its not till twenty murders later they suspect that it could be a revenge thirsty ghost of the jewel theift. His anger of being caught and killed pushing him to kill or maybe it is the spirits of those who were innocent killing in anger of the blame of something they didn't do. They never found a culprit and the though of ghost was absurdity so the case was closed and citizens avoided the bridge. Infamous for many a things its reputation for death and destruction being one its murderous background or towering future the bridge of london is one story one will never forget and never pass, in fear of being the next victim of its clutches. No one dares to disturb london bridge.

Quick a/n:Sorry if its short but this one really made me think of how to work around its creepily innocent sounding nursery rhyme. London bridge is one of my favorite ones though it just sounds so bone chilling in its on ghostly kinda way.
