Do i really know you?

The sun wakes me as it does every morning but I cover myself with the bed sheets , ignoring it , I hear him laugh as he comes out of the bathroom.
- " it's time to wake up darling " he says annoying me and pulls the sheets uncovering me. I move my feet trying to kick him but he was already gone. One thing he does very well , disappear. I cover myself again and sleep the last 5 min I got before he comes again.

What finally wakes me is the strong smell of coffee and I can almost feel him coming with mine , but he doesn't. I stand without even checking how I look , is not like my husband will mind. We have been married for 3 years now and almost every day he brings my coffee to bed. I found him talking on the phone with the newspaper in his hands , I almost run and playfully take the newspaper from his hands but he just smiled a little and stood to talk in the balcony. Other business trip I think to myself and roll my eyes. He never gave me reasons to doubt his fidelity but I just miss him every time he leaves. He points to my coffee in the kitchen table and I go grab it and sit in one of the chair of our breakfast table. Today his eyes are more blue than green , with time I came to the conclusion they are green but some days they just reflect the blue sky or the green grass, and maybe a grey storm. He finally finish his call and I'm almost over with my coffee. He comes and with the look in my face I bet he know what I'm thinking.
-" My love you know it's my job, I don't decide where I go or how long"
- "Yeah Tyler I know , but ".. I let a gasp out -" for how long?"
-" just three days, here in the center . I'll come home at night " he smiles , because he knows that with that he won me. And he did.
-" I'll wait for you with dinner ready " I say with a smirk.
He laughs and walks to our room again, touching his brunette hair trying to comb it. I stay in the kitchen and start with the beacon.
