#5: geeky ghoul

Wendy the ghoul sat at her humans table waiting to greet them. She didn't know what they'd think. Would they scream, shout or just run. She was afraid they'd hurt her.

She heard them coming through the door and smiled.
"Hello I'm Wendy," she said.
"Ahh," David the father said.
"I will not hurt you I just want to be friends with you. You can ask as many questions as you like," Wendy said.

David just stared at Wendy cautiously.
"Where are you from," David questioned.
"Planet craigot," Wendy smiled.
"What do you want with me. My brains?" David whispered.
Wendy just laughed.
"You know I can fix your computer," Wendy pointed to the broken computer in the corner of the room.
"Ok can you fix it now," David said.
"Sure," Wendy smiled thinking the conversation had gone better then planned.

She walked over to the computer and pressed the screen. It turned on.
"Thank you so much Wendy. I'm David by the way," said David so happy.
"I can see we're gonna be friends," smiled Wendy.

They both laughed and started talking about mechanics. They really did turn out to be good friends in the end.
