Too Addicted?

Hey guys!

I'm a very unhappy Wolfie! It's the beginning of Winter, and at the moment, I'm freezing my ass off in my own ROOM. Obviously, despite the fact that I have sealed Windows, a heater, and comfy blankets, my room hates me.

>_>

Aside from that, I'm great!

Recently, I've Ben getting back and gaming again, playing Sims 3, Spore, COD, and the occasional Skyrim re-done lets play kind of thing.

We are JUST going to be talking about Skyrim Elder Scrolls V, however. You see, this is one of my FIRST PC Steam games I received. Because of that, it's the most played, and the most decked out. (I have around 70 mods, all 3 DLC's, as well as about 200+ hours spent on the actual game.)

I will admit it's been awhile since I played, but it came to mind today HOW addicted I was to it back then. During the Summer when I got it, I played it NONSTOP. So, when I went out with my family, or simply left my room, it felt.....weird.

I remember there was a point in time; the first day of the new year of school. That morning, I woke up with no problems, but then it hit me.

Before I go on any further, I just want to recognize what I did before this day.

Before the first day of school, I was nocturnal; meaning I stayed awake at night and slept during the day. I'm serious. I literally went to bed around 7:00am every morning and woke up at 6:00pm. Not to mention the fact that ALL I ever did was play Skyrim. I didn't visit family, I didn't go on vacation; nothing.

So, when the first day of school came up, I got out of bed, and it begun. I'm not even kidding; I hallucinated. You know how in Skyrim, you have that compass at the top that leads you on missions?

Well, I kind of......hallucinated seeing it. Then, I proceeded to struggle against the kind of....following with the whole thing, and almost passed out on my bed.

Luckily, I got out of the whole thing by the next half an hour. But, despite that, I remember how difficult it was to maneuver myself around the house to get changed, brush my hair, find my school stuff, etc.

Do you think that perhaps I was too addicted at the time?

Just saying, I barely play the game anymore....but now I kind of want to....
