Kai imagine part 2

Two years have pass and your treatment paid off so you can walk once again and your baby boy is still in coma but you and Kai visit him everyday with hope that he will wake up.

You and Kai arrived at the hospital and greeted the nurse that is always taking care of Kayden and we brought her some lunch "Here you go Lucy" I said handing her the lunch "oh my God thank you I appreciate that you guys bring me lunch everyday thank you, oh and good news your baby boy its responding to me reading to him about dinosaurs, he hasn't woken up from the coma yet but he's progressing" the nurse said, I smiled knowing that my baby boy it's doing better "That's great" Kai said with his voice cracking up and trying to hold in his tears "yeah it is thank you for taking good care of him and not giving up like the other doctors have" I said hugging her and she hugged me back "no problem there's so much light in that boy that I just know he will wake up" she said I parted and smiled at her "Thank you for everything" Kai said crying he couldn't hold in his tears any longer, I smiled at how caring and sweet he is and hugged him, I am so lucky to have a husband like him he was there to give me strength and I couldn't have asked for anything better "No problem you guys would have done the same if it was my 6 year old daughter" Lucy said and Kai pulled her in for a group hug which she wasn't expecting "Thank you so much me and (y/n) will always come visit you even when our boy is out of the hospital" Kai said and she chuckled a little "no problem really and I have to go if my boss sees me I'll be in trouble" she said walking away, Kai randomly grabbed me and hugged me tight but not too tight and kissed my head "(y/n) I love you so much and I'm happy your my wife, even of we been through tuff times, you gave me strength and I love you" Kai said randomly "I love you two baby" I said and pulled away to peck his lips "now come one let's go see Kayden so we can tell him the good news" I said and me and Kai went to his room in the children's section.

We walked into the room and he was there laying down peacefully "Hey baby" I said and walked towards his bed and grabbed his hand, Kai came behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his chin on my head "Hey Kayden we have something to tell you" Kai said "yeah your going to have a baby sister, and your going to take care of her when you wake up right?" I said and started crying, Kai turned me around and hugged me rubbing circles on my back with his thumb to calm me down, when I finally calmed down I stayed there hugging Kai and there was silence you could only hear the beep of the machines a couple of minutes passed and I can only hear Kai's breathing and the machines "baby look he moved, his fingers moved" Kai said in shock, I immediately turned around and I indeed saw his fingers move, I grabbed his hand in mine crying "Baby can you hear me? Its mommy, please open your eyes baby" I sobbed "Mommy?, Daddy?" Kayden said and open his eyes slowly "Baby!!! Your awake" I said crying even more but this time it was out of happiness "Ill go get the nurse" Kai said crying as well and he ran out of the room to look for a nurse "Mommy why are you crying?" Kayden asked moving his hand weakly towards my face to wipe my tears away, I closed my eyes reserving the moment of his hand touched my cheek "I'm just so happy to see you awake you been in coma baby for two years" I said sobbing "But I'm ok no need to cry mommy, and I'm having a baby sister?" He asked I smiled knowing that he was listening to everything and the smiled he had on his face when he said it "Yes baby your going to have a sister" I said "yay!! I'm going to teach her all about dinosaurs and she's going to love them" Kayden said very ecxitedly, I laughed at his cuteness and kissed his forehead after that Kai and a nurse came in and they were checking him so they told us to wait outside and we did.

*After what felt like 2 more years*

"(Y/n)? Kai?" A doctor called "yes?" We both said, he looked at us and smiled "your boy is as healthy as ever, just come sign some papers and you can take him home" he said and that made me and Kai smiled. We went and signed the papers and we went to pick our baby boy up, when we got to the children's area we saw him running around pretending to be a dinosaur "Wow he has so much energy and he just woke up" Kai said I giggled and said "he got that from you" he looked at me surprise "from me how?" He asked "well example you can just finish having sex and you want to go again and again without getting tired, so tell me where did our son get that from?" I said and smiled, he laughed and hugged me tight "your right your right but I'm sorry that I want to make my beautiful wife happy" he said and peck my lips "mommy daddy guess what dinosaur I am rawr!!!!!" Kayden said running up to us, me and Kai parted from our hug "I don't know what dinosaur you are?" Kai asked "I'm a T-Rex rawr!!!! He said and jumped on Kai " oh no a T-Rex got me help!!" Kai screamed and I just laughed at their cuteness "don't worry daddy I won't hurt you I'm a good T-Rex" Kayden said and got off from Kai "Ready to go home Kayden?" Lucy said "yes I am but I'll come visit you so you can read me more stories" Kayden said and hugged her, "ok Kayden let's go and get you something to eat" Kai said Kayden came running to Kai and he picked him up, and we started to walk away, Kayden turned around and waved goodbye to Lucy.
