Luke POV( His Diary)

I just want to say that I didn't want to write in this stupid diary but Merrica thinks it would be good for me to let my feelings out or something stupid like that, Today sucked. I ended my relationship with Merrica's friend Jamie, We were together for 5 months, I couldn't handle the relationship, it was to much stress so Merrica helped me through it telling me how much better my life will get once I got rid of the stress.She's been helping me through it, I think I'll be fine but it's always nice to have someone there for you. I didn't know what that felt like until I met Merrica in second grade. My parents barely know me and my two sisters exist. I haven't seen my dad in 5 years, after my parents divorced I got home from school and mom told me that I wasn't allowed to him see him anymore, she won't tell me, every time I bring him up she yells at me and hits me. As if that isn't bad enough, I'm bullied at school. It's not regular bullying where bullies say mean things it's physical and verbal abuse. I hate those jerks, It's mainly Tyler Jonson and his goons( or so Merrica says) Alex and Andy. Well that's enough for know, I better put this away before mom finds it.

*Diary finished*

I hid my Diary under my mattress, my step dad is so cheap I sleep on a mattress shared with my great dane. I picked up my IPhone 4 and texted Merrica.

M: Hey

L: Hey

M: Wanna meet up at the park?

L: Sure, should I bring the same thing?

M: Is that even a question?

L: I just wanna make sure, I'll bring it and I'll be there in five minutes.

M: Okay

L: Bye

M: Bye ;)

I carefully walked down the stairs in case my mom was asleep so I could sneak out, Luckily my mom was out. Probably drunk out of her mind. Walked passed her but my sister saw me." Sneaking out again?" she asked feeding my baby sister. " Yeah, don't tell mom if she walks up." I pleaded. " Please, do you think she'll wake up? Yesterday she woke up to get some more beer and she thought I was the dog, you'll be fine." She reassured me." OKay but if she wakes up you'll cover for me right?"I asked making sure. " Yes, are you meeting that same girl?" she asked. " Yeah, she's the only person other than you that likes me." I said truthfully. " OKay well you better get going, don't want to keep her waiting." she said. " Thanks, your the best" I said walking out the door with my bag. I walked down to the park and climbed our tree, our tree was a really tall tree that came up with a think trunk and branches almost forming a tulip shape with one little hole in the side, we would use on blanket to cover the top for privacy. It was our tree because no one we always hung out in there because no one else ever went to the park, and it was really hard to get up. I sat there waiting for her. suddenly I saw her biking towards the park, her beautiful dirty blond hair blowing in the wind. She parked her bike. " Damn you got here fast." she said climbing up to the top of our tree. It's pretty high up be we've been going in it for years. " Yeah I didn't have to run from my mom or sneak out the window, she was hammered." I said laughing. " I can't believe she's missing out on three great kids." She said seriously. " That reminds me, I hate her!" I said getting mad, it wasn't my fault I was always getting mad at my mom, she had given me the worst childhood I could ask for." It's okay. I didn't mean to get you upset." she said looking away. I've hurt her, she only looks away when she cries, She doesn't want people to see her as weak. She has the power I don't Have people around to care if I cry. " Merrica would you like to help me babysit my baby sister Maddy. My older sister Anna will be there but she's having her boyfriend over. " I explained. " Yeah I'd love to but won't your mom be mad that there's people over?" She asked. " She won't be home she's going on a trip to Florida to see her fiancé." I explained. I also hate her fiancé he's an asshole.
