Have you ever felt your sixth sense trying to warn you about something? Like someone is watching you from a distance, but you cant really see that person, or something bad is going to happen but you don't have any proof to prove your point! that odd sensation in the pit of your guts that keeps eating you from the inside!

Liyanna Joan Craig was feeling the same! She had no idea why she was standing outside of her house at 3 in the morning, staring at it for the last half an hour and also wearing nothing but a pair of shorts, pink tattered t-shirt and barefooted.

She wanted to get inside but for some odd reason wasn't doing that. She just kept staring at their two storied country house which her mother inheritted from her great grandmother, standing on a 7 acre land.

As a 110 years old family heritage thee house was really simple. Wooden and antique, going through repairing every year. Liyanna's father always wanted to move intoo something more modern and inside the town but Mrs. Craig insisted staying. this property held some untold value to her while not getting the slightest interest from her sister bella, who was more keen on inheriting their parents bank balance.

Liyanna couldn't make sense of any of her action. was she going crazy?! it was a cold night but she couldn't feel a thing. the only emotion she felt was a haunted feeling. the sight of their house made her feel hollow.

Finally she gathered some courage to move her feet and get inside her own home. Taking small baby steps, she stepped on the grass and crossed their lawn.

"Damn! when was the last time we cleaned our lawn" Liyanns muttered under her breath at some rough grass that pinched her soft foot.

The house was dark, as usual, everyone must be sleeping, unlike herself, who was feeling like a creep. 3 in the morning is the time to sleep under the warmth of your blanket, not to stalk your own house in your night suit.

Liyanna pushed open the main door. "its open!" she was surprised! "I must have kept it open!" she reasoned with herself though could not recall the time of her going out!

She hastily switched the lights on and was blinded by the sudden force of energy. muttering a curse under her breath she let her eyes adjust. the haunting feeling inside her chest was there again. "I was just scared of the dark, that's it, that's it," Liyanna muttered again.

The house was eerily quiet. Not even those unknown sources of sound that makes you shiver at night thinking 'who might that be.' Liyanna's foot felt suddenly heavy, like she couldn't move them for weighing 100 pounds each!

She forced her legs to move forward and reached her room upstairs. what she saw there wasn't expected. the room was successfully destroyed.

Every single object of her room was either broken or on the floor. As if someone have had searched for something or had done this on purpose, out of rage. she didn't know why but was persistent that the 2nd option was more likely.

Seeing this she felt fear grip her weak heart even more. something was really wrong.

Liyanna dashed out of her room to check on her parents. the bedroom was dark and the door was wide open. after switching the lights on... Liyanna screamed with every bit of air left in her lungs and woke up panting, covered in sweat, lying on the bed of her dorm room
