Haley was right. People did come. I was asleep by then though. I don't know took them so long but I was woken up and asked about the incident of setting fire to mosquitoes. I denied it sleepily but it wasn't my fault I was too tired to remember that I was lying.

Now I'm sitting in Mar's office. I yawned waiting for him to enter as usual. He has good reason to be late all the time and frankly I'd rather it be him than me.

"Hello Z." Mar entered the room and breathed the wwords ina rushed tone. He sat with two feet on the floor and completely d

straight. I sat with one leg under me and the other hanging off the side and my torso twisted comfortably.

"'Ello Mar." I said with my best Aussie accent. I said my best not the best.

"Well Z you were doing wonderful until last night. Are you sure you weren't making fires on your balcony. We do have witnesses of flame." Mar started.

"How would I make a fire? I wasn't even in my room until... um... I don't know but when i gogot there I forgot to brush my teeth and I went to sleep." I lied through my teeth but my insanity took away any guilt for it so I am a pretty smooth liar if I do say so myself.

"Z like I said we have witnesses." Mar stated with suspicion.

"Witnesses of fire or of me?" I asked feeling really smart for that comeback.

"Fire. It was your room though. We need to be safe okay? You're sure you cant remember what time you got here?"

"What time I got here and got to my room are different. I went to Haley's room for a while then I went to my room for sleep yum yum yum." I say and adjust my position to both legs hanging off the side and my back leaning against the other.

"What time did you get here then?" Mar asks.

"I got home somewhere between six and twelve." I say being as broad as possible.

"Can't narrow it down?" Mar questions hopefully.

"Probably more leaning toward six than twelve." I say.

"All right then I guess. What were you doing yesterday?" Mar asks.

"Shopping. Spending time away from the loonie bin for some fresh air of actual clean clothes." I giggle while I dangle my head off the side more.

"You are a loonie bin silly." Mar smiles. Sometimes he says playful stuff like that and I feel like a seven year old but its a good feeling. Like hes my dad or gramps or something.

"How much longer?" I ask referring to the whole good behavior thing.

"One week and five days. Twelve days including weekends.." He answers and looks at me for an answer. I sit prolonging my response for a while.

"Haley's doing it too." I say.

"I know! Its a win/win situation except you have less time than her. We got lucky to bring you down one week and two days! The council were very hesitant but you showed such significant improvement just keep it up." Mar sounded excited.

"Do you like peanuts?" I asked following where my thoughts led me. I wanted honey roasted. Mar laughed.

"Why actually I don't and never did."

"I want some peanuts. Peanut butter goes really good with anything so peanuts do too. Like apples and bananas and honey and jelly and bread and cheerios and animal crackers and orange juice." I said. Wow I really want peanuts.

"I've heard." He chuckled.

"Cashews." I whispered.

"Don't like them either." He said and my neck snapped toward him.
