Friday morning, because Dylan was off on a football trip I didn't have to worry about telling him the truth.
Anyway I was called to the office to ,supposedly, get my English homework that I'd left on the counter last night. As soon as I walked into the office I saw Nick with a fake smile (like he actually cared) but that's not what stuned me. It was Dylan, who was suppose to be away on a trip.
"Dylan what are you doing here? I thought you were suppose to be on the-"
"I know Kyri. I just couldn't focus knowing I left you here after what happened, so, the coach sent me home" Dylan shrugged pulling me into a hug.
"I think that's enough," Nick interrupted pulling Dylan and I apart. I could tell that was a bad idea.
"Keep your hands off of her!" Dylan snapped. I was right. Thankfully Nick didn't say anything and he kept a calm composure.
"Kyri I just came to bring you your homework" Nick said softly while Dylan eyed him carefully. I took it from his hands cautiously.
"Thanks" I mumbled.
"You can go now"Dylan demanded more than stated.
"What's your problem?" Nick asked slightly ignoring Dylan's anger.
"My problem is what you did to Kyri" He growled at Nick.
"Ky, what is he talking about?" Nick asked me ignoring Dylan's existence.
" Two days ago I had to take Kyri to get an abortion because of you!" Dylan growled stepping up to Nick so they stood chest to chest.
They were both about the same height but Dylan being more muscular looked more intimidating. Nick simply stepped back sizing Dylan up then looked pass him at me.
"Ky I think we should talk about this at home." He said grabbing my arm. I tried to pull away from him but his grip was too tight, even though he wasn't even trying. "Come on Ky, quit playing around."
For a second an image flashed in my mind from when I was 14 and Nick thought I was playing hard to get while I was trying to get away from him.
"No, I don't want to." I whimpered softly
"Ky come on"
"No!" I cried pulling back and throwing my body onto the floor.
"Ky come on!" He demanded yanking me up from the floor.
"She said she didn't wanna go, now let go!" Dylan growled eyeing Nick harshly as if he was testing him. Reluctantly Nick let go and eyed Dylan with the same intensity then sighed.
"Fine, but we still need to talk." Nick said to me just before turning to leave.
Once Nick was gone, I turned to Dylan and buried my face in his shirt and cried.
"It's ok, I'm here" He cooed softly. Dylan was right, he was here. He was the only thing I had left. It was only right to tell him the truth about the baby.

Yet again Nick was the only one at home when I got there.
At first I didn't want Dylan to leave me by myself but, he had football practice and I didn't want stay around those idiots nor did I want him to come with me and have Dylan and Nick get to fighting.
Anyway when I got into the house the lights were off, the curtains were open. The tv was off and Nick sat in the den with a hard thinking face. I didn't say a word to him but continued pass the den to my room at least tried to.
