I checked my hair once more before grabbing my purse from the chair behind me. I walked over to my boyfriend, Niall, and kissed his cheek.

"Goodbye, babe. I'll see you after work, yeah?" He looked up from his phone and nodded smiling,

"Yes." I pecked his lips and he pecked mine back,

"I love you. See you later." I turned and walked towards the door. After he said bye I walked outsides towards the car and unlocked it. I got in, setting my purse in the passenger seat and buckling up. I looked towards the house before looking at the mirror once more making sure the bruises on my chest and arms were covered enough. I pulled my bottom lip between my teeth before pulling out of the drive way and making my way towards town for work.

The drive to work was boring as usual. I pulled into the parking lot of the big building I work in and parked. I gathered my stuff and quickly made my way into the building, passing by the sectarian and headed straight for the elevator. It's going to be a at least 2 minute ride on the elevator so I'm glad I got plenty of time. As I waited for the elevator to reach this floor I looked around the hallway and noticed how white it was, it's still almost as blindingly white as it was the first time I'd walked into this building. The elevator dinged and the doors opened, I stepped on and pressed the highest number on the panel. Right before the elevator begin to close a tall, dark haired man in a suit ran into the elevator. He looked at the panel before looking away. I patted my pockets and all around my clothing looking for my phone before I realized I'd left my phone in the car. I sighed and accepted the fact I'd have to wait until my lunch break to get my phone.

Breaking the silence, the tall stranger cleared his throat and turned to me,

"Good morning, ma'am" he nodded his head towards me, I gave him a shy smile,

"Good morning."

"Are you here for the interviews too?" His voice was deep and raspy but he was talking kinda quiet so it was kinda soothing,

"Oh, um no, I'm sorry. But do you need help with something or-?" I replied and he shook his head, his curly hair bouncing,

"No, I just figured if you were I'd have to leave because you'd surely get it."

"Why do you say that?" I said trying to hide a blush with a raised eyebrow,

"I mean only a fool would reject you. You're beauty alone would be enough to hire you. I mean, just so I could see your beautiful face everyday." My face was really hot and I surely looked like a tomato.

"Oh well, thank you. You're very kind. But I already work here so I guess that's probably why." I laughed softly and he joined,

The doors opened and I noticed we were on our floor so I stepped off and he followed,

"Where do you work? like- where in this building"

I walked over to the big, white desk and set my stuff down behind it and smiled at him,

"Right here." He smiled,

"Ah, you get the pleasure of being up here all day." I nodded while straightening my stuff up on my desk.

"Did you say you were here for an interview?"

He nodded walking over to the desk and leaned on it. I nodded and grabbed a piece of paper with interview names on it. I read down the sheet and bit my lip,

"Mr. Styles?" I raised a eyebrow at him and he gave me a warming smile,

"Yes ma'am"

"Okay well Mr. Payne will see you shortly, I'll call you up when he's ready, yeah?" Mr. Styles nodded and walked over to on if the chairs and sat down. I sat down in my chair and turned on my computer to sign in. I looked at the big clock on the wall,
