Thousands of years ago, on the crimson planet of Raconia, our ancestors lived in harmony with the universe. It's true that our kind are powerful, with the ability to generate and control the powerful energy that flows within our veins to create deadly and devastating attacks, as well as evolve our bodies to suit our needs at will. But we wanted nothing more than to help the rest of the universe, to see and embrace the good in it. But then came the dark days when everything changed for us.

The Eians, the native race of our neighbouring planet Klatoss IV (also known as Eia), came to our world. They came for our help. Their scientists wanted to work with us to create new inventions and creations to benefit the universe. To help the sick and wounded, to generate limitless free food and energy. To make the universe a haven for all. Or at least, that's what they told us. A few Raconians were suspicious of their so-called peace offering, to say the least. The Eians were rumoured to be manipulative trickers. Mind reading telepaths that could con unsuspecting victims, scan their brains for their credit details, and basically rob them without even having to talk to them. And as it turned out, those few Raconians were right. As soon as our backs were turned, the Eians took what they needed and flew back to their homeworld. They now possessed many advanced weapons made with our technology. Devices that extended their powers of telepathy into mind-controlling brainwaves. With this new power they could quite easily take over the universe, if they could get to it.

And so began the war. The Raconians were determined to undo their mistake and destroy the Eians' weaponry, and make sure that nobody fell victim to their new power. The battle raged for weeks. Months. Years. Centuries. Millenia. The Eians tried to invade our planet constantly. I spent many of my childhood days hidden away underground with my mother and my sisters, who feared that this time, the Eians would succeed.

However, a few months ago, they just stopped. Nothing came. No warships. No battle fleets. Not a single pod. I know we haven't seen the last of the Eians. They're up to something. Something big. They'll come back, but when they do, I'll be waiting. I'm Aidraxa. I'm not the average Raconian. After a freak incident, I got my powers almost a decade before most would. I've had more time to prepare. To train. And when the time comes, I'm not letting anyone or anything stop me. I'm going to do what no Raconian has ever thought of doing. I'm going to destroy the Eians.
