Danielle's POV:
I was in my room packing up for something I'd never think I would do in my life. Leaving wall Maria.... I know it's crazy but I decided I can't live like this.... with Cody.... or the group.... I don't deserve any of this. I need to do my job as a soldier and kill all the Titans if it's the last thing I do.
Once I was finished packing I got my 3D maneuver gear on and brought my stuff downstairs where at my front door Cody was standing right there with flowers in his hands. "Dani oh how glad I am too-" I punched him shutting him up making him fall on the ground. "Why don't you shut up already" I say and walk away leaving him there on the ground.
"Dani what the heck was that! you never do that!" he says running up behind me, I simply just ignore him he was starting to get on my nerves "why don't you shut up already" I say to him "what's wrong something is up" he says I walked away to find the group "IM LEAVING THE GATES AND THE GROUP" I yell and everyone looked at me. "Why!?" Cody yelled
"Cause I need to choose my destiny before it disappears...... so goodbye" I say I walked towards the door to leave this city and defeat the Titans once and for all. "Dani wait!!!" mary yelled and ran towards me I pushed her back with me legs and pinned her against the wall my legs against her back "I wouldn't bother me mary you don't wanna deal with me when I'm in this mood" I say I let my foot off her back and walked away she fell on the floor "Dani don't leave please everyone would want you to stay right guys!"
Silence
I knew no one wouldn't want me to stay
"bye" I say and walk away Cody following me from behind "s-snowflake don't go" I stopped and looked at him... tears were flowing down his face like a waterfall I went up to him and hugged him while he hugged back "this is the last hug your ever going to get from me so make it quick" I say he hugged me closer and tighter and whispered in my ear "I'll make it as long as I want if your going to die today"
To be honest I wanted to cry my heart out right now I didn't want to leave them but I knew it had to be done someday besides everyone is gonna die if I'm here. Cody fell to his knees hugging me still and tears going down his face I looked at him and he looked broken "Can you let me go now" I say he shook his head "p-please don't leave us...... don't leave me" he says putting his head against mine.
"I need too" I say and make him let go of me I got up and walked out of the room walking towards the gate. I used my gear to fly up the wall and outside the gate to where he 100 ft deep hole was where all the rest of the Titans were. I took a deep breath "time for my destiny to become real" I say and jump in the hole killing Titans one by one by one.
Until the blades I had all broke and I ran out of gas "damnit!" I yelled to myself. Titans came around me 'This is it..... it's my time'
I sighed and let the Titans come to kill me closing my eyes I waited for them to grab me and rip me apart
But then..... I felt someone grab me and I felt the wind against my face I opened my eyes to see Cody his face shinning in the sunlight from the sky I look at him astonished "What are you doing here I thought-"
"You think I would let you do something like this?"
I smiled as he landed on the grass carrying me princess style towards the gate "You couldn't let me go could you"
"no... and I couldn't leave my cousin that sad... she would never stop crying" he says carrying me. I kissed his cheek seeing his face go as red as gales hair.
"You always know how to make me red don't you snowflake"
"It's my specialty Dragon boy"
