I have been here to long, if i run they will catch me if i stay i will die with no one there only six sadistic vampires who see me as food a blood-bag' the girl thought to herself. in a situation like this (y/n) just sat on the window seal of the bedroom they allowed her to stay in till they get sick of her and kill her. Her silky (h/c) hair was in a messy braid on the side, as her (s/c) smooth skin had bruises and puncture holes on her neck and chest. (y/n) dreaded living here harassed by sadistic vampires day in and day out who would like it. "Fufu what are you thinking" a shoulder length red hair with green eyes that seem to hold lust in them looking at her as he sat on the opposite side of the window seal. Snapping her out of her thoughts she turned to Laito "nothing Laito, there no need for you to worry about" and in a swift move (y/n) fragile body was pinned to the wall as his strong crushing grip kept her in place. Letting out a whimper, Laito shuts his eyes so gentle before opening moving closer to her neck in a second. Her (e/c) eyes looked away before letting out another whimper. "L-Laito please d-don't" her voiced cracked as her body gave in under the sadist vampire

Her eyes widen before shaking her head " s-stop i cant take this i hate this. Why me what did i do to deserve this i have kept it in but i cant it hurts me too much..." her voice went into disparate tone as she mumble as tear pricked the edges of her glossy (e/c) eyes "...someone please help me, i cant take it. It hurts me" (y/n) gave in to her fear she can't take it anymore. A laugh echo through the room "oh (y/n) i never seen you so hopeless have we broken you, to the point where you asked for help. I never knew you felt this and you say that even when you swore you wouldn't. Lying is so horrible i believe you should be punished" he move to the (h/c) (l/h) girl before whispering "sadly for you no one will save you not even you can help yourself your way to weak you mortal and you should just stop fighting" he smirks moving a lock of her hair and opening his mouth showing his pearly white teeth along with the sharp fangs as he nears to her neck. "I am weak and i am only a mortal but as long as i can breath i wont stop fighting and one day i will get strong enough mentally and physically so you i can stop feeling this and then i will prove you wrong Laito. The sad thing was that all though you do this to me i still cant help it but want to be your friend but there is no hope is there" her face turned away slammed her eyes shut. Laito eyes widen as he pull away before smirking "i never knew this side of you i came for your blood but i got something else" Laito pick her up bridal style before walking over to her bed placing her down so gently. (Y/n) eyes open and look at the vampire with a confuse expression she stutter " w-why d-do you do t-this to me all i wanted w-was to know y-you and m-maybe..." 'be friends but yet you got me falling in-love' she thought as Laito turned and walked towards the door "(y/n) don't forget i am a vampire and you are mortal i could hurt you without evening wanting to..." he gripped the handle as his eyes filled with pain and sorrow "... and i would not live with myself if i hurt you" and with that the red hair vampire put his fedora on her drawer and walked out leaving (y/n) to confusion as the moonlight appeared in the window giving the only root of light. She picked up the fedora looking at it.
Five Months Later

(y/n) found out she had an rare illness she didn't know what to do and in the end she sat at the window seal looking at the moon light listening to Demons by Imagine Dragons as her body drifted into oblivion. she left the world with a smile as one tear fell as she held that fedora to her chest. Laito walked into the same girl that he fell in-love with room today was the day he was going to tell her that he loved her since that day he gave her that fedora, he slowly approached her " (y/n) what are you doing" he put his hand on her shoulder feeling cold at touch. his heart dropped as fear and worry filled the poor vampire top to bottom " hey (y/n) why are you so cold, (y/n) please say something you look pale" a tear fell as he shook the soulless body of the girl he loves. warm salty tears ran down the red hair vampire. "(y/n) please say something anything, please don't leave me alone not again i can't take it" he shook the body before yelling "Ayato, Reiji someone help" and in a second everyone from the house hold appeared there. "Laito whats wron- oh no" Laito brother with short red hair eyes widen as he heard the sobs of his brother as he held (y/n) body tight in his arms. Reiji approached him, resting his hand on Laito shoulder "Laito she is gone" as Laito shook his head side to side "no she can't, please (y/n) wake up open those beautiful (e/c) and give me that breath taking smile that you always had" his lip trembles as Shu and Subaru came over and took (y/n) from his grasp before laying you on the bed and pulling the sheet over. Kanato, the purple hair boy held his teddy to his chest as his voice cracked "who is going to make me and teddy the delicious cake (y/n) always made?" he shut his eyes as he shed a few tears. that night the mansion only filled with sadness and sorrow.
Next Week
They brothers, her parents and friends even Karlheinz came to pay his respect and came to her funeral it rained all through the ceremony covering the tears of the brothers and her friends. After the ceremony, Ayato the brother who was closest to Laito approached him as he looked at the grave that held the body that he cared for so much. "she left this is for you" Ayato handed a envelope to the brother before walking off back to the car. later on that night Laito sat at the end of his bed as he held the letter in his grip as tear splashed on it and get soaked up from the paper he hesitantly open the letter

Hey there Laito,
if you are reading this my body must of given in to the illness. i am sorry i had to leave this world not telling you, its just i was so terrified on hurting i couldn't handle telling you this face to face but i love you and you probably don't return the feelings, why would you i am a mortal girl and you well you were a vampire. I wanted to run i hated this place at first but then i stop looking at the negative and i became optimistic i lived each day with no regrets as i though but there was one just one i couldn't say those three little words those word that were so meaningful and now i regret it so even if you cant return them i have to at-least want you to know here it goes. you are the sun that shines bright throughout my day,you are the gravity that holds me down in every way. Kanato taking the photo as you hugged Subaru and he smiles hugging back. (y/n) fell asleep on Shu and you kissing Laito cheek.
