Chasing Katherine

This was not according to plan

I was fast asleep when all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in my stomach. I tried to ignore it but it wouldn't go away. The pain started to get more intense so I ran to the bathroom and stood over the toilet. I knew I was about to puke so I knelt down and waited. Stomach aches are the worst and I don't handle them well. I felt it coming and before I knew it I started vomiting.

When I was done I brushed my teeth and crawled back into bed. My stomach automatically felt better but I couldn't go back to sleep. I walked into my closet and grabbed my prettiest sundress. That's the best part about living in California the weather is always nice. I walked into my bathroom and threw my long curly brown hair into a ponytail. After that I applied some mascara into my eyelids and walked downstairs. My apartment wasn't very big but it was plenty for just me.

I made myself a bowl of cereal and called Jeremy.

Kat - hey Babe
Jeremy - hey cutie how's your day been?
Kat - I was sick this morning but I'm feeling a lot better
Jeremy - oh are you gonna stay home or go out
Kat - Im gonna go out for awhile. I think I'm just going to go to the market for awhile.
Jeremy - okay just be careful
Kat - I will
Jeremy - I have to get back to work I love you
Kat - love you too

I always forget that he has to work on the weekends oh well. After eating my breakfast I grab my purse and walk to my car. I blasted the radio and drove to the food market that was right down the street. It was one of my favorite places to get groceries. They had the best fresh fruit and vegetables and I honestly couldn't get enough of it. Sometimes they even gave out free icecream. When I finally got to the market I parked my car and made my way through the crowd. I grabbed a basket and started picking out my favorite foods. Oranges, strawberries, cucumbers, pineapples, celery.......

I looked over at a group of kids fighting there way to the front of the line for free Icecream. I couldn't help but smile. I couldn't wait to have kids with Jeremy once we got married. I really love him. I thought I'd never get over my first love Harry Wheat. I found myself getting distracting with my thoughts but when I snapped back into reality things we're spinning and I felt dizzy. I felt like my knees were gonna give out any minute and then everything went black.
