''I love how no one in class had ever heard it before.''
Amy turned to her best friend, Dylan, and smiled as they walked down the crowded hallway of their high school.
''Except us. You screamed so loud when she told us what we were analyzing.''
''Dude, it's the best poem of all time!'' She exclaimed, and Amy laughed. Even after four years they still couldn't help but get excited over the Robert Frost poem.
''It better be, or else these tattoos were a big mistake.'' She said, waving her wrist inked with Stay Gold in her face. They had planned on getting matching tattoos on their eighteenth birthdays, but with special permission from their parents, they had gotten them that Christmas (a year earlier) instead. They reached Amy's locker, and after quickly entering the same old three digits, she swung it open.
''Oh my God!'' Dylan screamed, her hands flying up to her face as Amy stood there in shock.

Lauren stared at the notes in front of her, reading them over and over, saying each word out loud to make them stick.
''So... many... formulas.'' She mumbled, leaning over the papers.
Her thought process was interrupted by a knock at her dorm room door. She got up and marched towards it, ready to scream at whoever was behind it to leave her alone. But when she opened it, there was no one there. Just a note sitting on her doorstep.
_____
''Make room for Jesus!''
Alex rolled his eyes as Luke forced himself between him and Cassie, his girlfriend.
''Go home, Luke.'' He joked.
''Pre-marital sex is wrong guys.'' Cassie punched him in the arm.
''Shut up.''
Out of no where, Alex felt someone grab his arm, pulling him into an empty classroom.
_____
Andrew ran his fingers through the curls in his hair, pacing back and forth through the room.
I have to tell him. He thought. I have to tell him I have to tell him I have to tell him.
''Go home, Luke.''
A wave of relief rushed over him as he heard his voice. He cracked open the door, reached out his arm, and pulled Alex inside.
_____
''Come on, Mario, jump! Just jump over it!''
Daniel pressed frustratingly at the buttons on his GameCube controller, pausing only to take gulps of the Monster beside him. His phone buzzed next to it, and he angrily paused the game and grabbed his cell phone.
As soon as he read the text he jumped up, raced up his basement stairs, and ran out the front door.
_____
''What the heck, man?'' Alex rubbed his arm where Andrew had grabbed him. ''That really hurt.''
''I know who it is.'' He said, ignoring Alex's complaint. Andrew watched as Alex's hand dropped to his side, a mix of emotions crossing his face.
''I swear to God, Andrew. If this is a joke...''
''Why would I joke about this?''
''You have a tendency to joke with friends.''
''Yeah, well we're not exactly friends, are we?'' He scoffed, then saw the hurt in Alex's eyes. They had meant something to each other, there was no denying that. They all had. But that was a long time ago; only memories of those feelings remained now.
An uncomfortable silence shifted between them, then Alex spoke up.
''So. Who is it? Who's doing this to us?''
With each chapter I put out, I'll add a picture of one of the characters on the side. i'd add them all at once, but WattPad doesn't allow that, and if it does I haven't figured that out yet. Unlike the rest of my stories, these characters are NOT based off of celebrities. So no, you probably won't know who these people are.
If you look under multimedia, you will see Lauren O'Reiley.
