CRUNCH!
I hear the footsteps as they get closer and closer. Maybe hiding wasn't the best idea. Maybe I should have kept running. Maybe I should have not walked into this whole mess in the first place.

What have I gotten myself into?

I try to hold my breath as the footsteps get closer and closer. It doesn't work. I close my eyes maybe if I don't look death will come closer and hurt less. Not likely.

I can feel it's breath on my face. I can't. I can't be so weak. I can't show it that I feel fear. My last moments won't portray me as someone who couldn't find for themselves. Someone who couldn't face death and be strong about it. I won't allow myself to be that person.

I open my eyes and stare into the blood thirsty, red eyes burning into mine. I stare into the eyes that will end my life. I know the end will come soon and will probably not be quick but I will face it with a strong face and determination. I close my eyes as the darkness consumes me. I put all pain aside and try to relax. This is the end.

CUT!!!!
I open my eyes and look at the director (his name is Jeff).
"What now?!" I ask him
"I thought it was going well this time?"

"Oh it was but the 'monster' was giggling most of the way through when you were trying to hide from it" he says while giving the evil eye to the 'monster'.

"Oh for fucks sake! We've done this scene at least 5 times now! Not scary enough! Not realistic enough! Not sad enough! Not serious enough! Couldn't you just let this take go I mean you can't even see that the 'monster' is laughing HE HAS A FUCKIN MASK ON FOR GODS SAKE!" I start calmly but by the end I'm screaming at the director. It's been a long day and he isn't helping at all.
"Yeah well let's do it one more time." He says.

Okay here it goes again....
