Silly girl
After the question of her favourite animal thankfully the teacher came in. I needed time to process what had just happened. Bella had some clue about what was my secret. And she was trying to find evidences.
We didn't talk after that. Though I still escorted her to her next class, but we didn't really talk. We just glanced at each other a few times and when we caught each other we looked away embarrassed. I knew that by not talking to her I just convinced her more about her theory.
As we reached the gym we said our goodbyes.
"Well, um have a nice weekend Edward.." She trailed off and I caught sadness in her eyes.. Will she miss me? She looked at me in discomfort. I knew why was that. Over the weeks we started hugging each other in greeting and when school was over. And now she probably didn't want to hug me, probably having a good guess of what I was.
"Yeah.. you too." I said putting my hands into my pockets while Bella slightly raised her arms like she was about to hug me, but when she saw that I wasn't intended to she let them fell back to her side. I saw hurt in her eyes. I didn't understand. Did she still wanted me to hug her? Even knowing what I was? Or maybe I totally misunderstood her and she didn't have a clue about my secret.
She started to turn around, ready to leave me behind and go to her gym class. But I couldn't let her go away while hurting because of me. I also couldn't let things stay like this between us, I didn't like it. So I reached out and grabbed her hand, pulling her back against my chest. I hugged her by her waist and her arms circled my waist in return. I placed my head on top of hers, breathing in her scent. "Did you really thought I would leave you for the weekend without a hug?" I asked trying to get rid of the heavy atmosphere.
She shrugged and answered. "You scared me for a minute."
"Silly girl." I said with a teasing smile and let her unwillingly go while I ruffled her hair. She playfully hit me on my chest then tried to smooth her hair so she could see me. I pretended to be hurt and she just rolled her eyes, but I saw that she was trying really hard not let a chuckle escape from her mouth. "Have a nice time in Seattle." I grinned while planning my own trip to the city. Bella groaned as she remembered that she had to endure shopping also today.

After school I saw her and the girls leave the parking lot in Jessica's car. When they were out of my sight I sat in the driver's seat. My siblings already in the car.
"Sooo.." My sister actually waited 15 seconds to pass before she started talking. Impressive. From her. "Can I talk to Bella now?" She asked in an angelic voice.
"Hmm." I pretended to think about it and I saw victory in Alice's eyes. "No." I said simply. And the others chuckled as they saw my sister's face fall.
"Why not? You are already so close. I want to be friends with her." I sighed and shook my head.
"No." I said stubbornly and she huffed. I knew that Alice and Bella would probably get along, but I wanted to be the first who knows everything about her. I didn't want to share. Like when you don't want people to watch your favourite series because they don't watch it the way you do or something like that. I knew I was probably being selfish and irrational, but throw me to the vampires if you didn't feel like this of something or someone.
After this exchange Rose and Alice talked about going shopping right after we get home. Apparently they wanted to go to the dance and they wanted to drag my brothers to carry their bags. Emmett and Jasper looked each other with fear in their eyes. They hated to go shopping, but they were afraid of their girls more. I didn't blame them.
When we reached our home, my siblings got into Rosalie's red BMW and sped off. I sighed and went inside. I went into the kitchen where Esme was reading a book. When I entered she looked up to me smiling.
"Hello dear. How was school?" I chuckled, knowing the real question she wanted to ask was something about Bella. After my outburst that they don't know the meaning of privacy, they all tried not to mind my business. Well expect Alice. But that was a different story.
"It was good, you know the usual." I said and shrugged.
"You are very enjoying this right?" She asked and I saw she was dying to ask questions.
I laughed and nodded. I started to search the cabinets, not knowing where had Esme put the sweets from Emmett. As I found them I grinned in victory and took out a KitKat. When I turned around I saw Esme looking me with pleading eyes. I groned and looked away. "No, don't look at me with puppy eyes." I said and put my hands in front of my eyes. But I made the mistake by peeking, checking if she was still looking at me. And I met a pleading Esme. "Oh no, please don't do this to me." She didn't back off. And I groaned. "Okay three questions. Just three questions." She beamed.
"Okay, okay wait a minute! I have to think." I sat down one of the barstools. Eating my chocolate and preparing myself for the questions. Suddenly I was very grateful that my siblings weren't home.

I am not really okay with the chapter before this one and honestly I am not really sure with this one either, so sorry if it's crappy. But if you managed to read it then thank you and sorry for the grammar mistakes.
