What The Hell!?

Laxus POV

The alarm clock starts ringing at noon. I slam my fist on the alarm and lazily get up from bed half-naked. After doing my usual morning exercise, I take a quick glance at the calendar, and that's when I decide to skip guild for today. Why you ask? Because it's frickin Valentine day! Yuck, how I hate to see those pricks at the guild getting all mushy and kissy with each other!

As I'm brushing my teeth in front of the mirror, I look at my own reflection and think to myself, smirking. "God, Laxus. It's a wonder how a tall , handsome, and strong man such as yourself is still single." Heh, it's probably because I'm just too perfect for any girl to handle. Yeah, that has to be it...

*Glass Breaking!*

"!" I race to the window beside my bed without rinsing my mouth. There is now a tiny hole in my window, and among the tiny pieces of glass that landed on my bed is a pink envelope. The envelope is beautifully decorated and has a pink lips mark in the middle.

No, please no, that thing better not be what I think it is...

Out of curiosity, I grab and tear the envelope open as I head back to the sink to rinse my mouth. While gurgling, I happen to read the first line of the love letter which says, "My dear sexy Laxus..." and I immediately spurt out all the water inside mouth to the mirror. "W-what the hell!? Se-sexy!?"

That alone was enough to send chills down my spine. No one has ever been so blunt as to call me sexy, not even Freed. Whoever this person is must be really desperate- No, wait a sec, this has to be a prank! Why else would this person need to break my window to send this letter in the first place!? Damn it, this better not be Freed or Natsu's doing!

Greatly angered and determined to teach the culprit a lesson, I force myself to go through the hell and read the entire letter in order to find some clue. The letter reads:

My dear sexy Laxus,

You are simply the most gorgeous man on earth. Your eyes, your voice, your smile, they light up my world unlike any other. I dream about you almost everyday and I can no longer hide my pent-up feelings for you any longer. Since today is Valentine day, I decided to confess my love for you, but I don't have the courage to tell you my name. I just want you to know that I love you, Laxus, forever will~

Your secret admirer, Miss X

Err, ok... that was really disturbing, though I somehow managed to live through that. If this prankster think that he can get away with this, then he has another thing coming. I won't stand for this humiliation and I will find whoever this "Miss X" is!

"Hmm..." I sit down on the floor with my legs crossed, arms folded, and eyes closed. You gotta think hard, Laxus. There has got to be a lead somewhere.

Let's see... first of all, there is that pink lips mark on the front of the envelope. Second, the culprit was fast on his feet because I should've have seen him running outside my apartment by the time I arrived. Lastly, the letter is anonymous, so it could've been from anyone! Gosh, How are these helpful at all!?

"Urghhh! This is getting nowhere!" I yell as I mess up my hair with both hands. That is until, I sniff out something fishy, and by that, I literally mean fishy. Could it be...?

I flip the envelope and spot a cat paw print along with some scratch marks on it's back. Now it makes sense. The culprit wasn't fast on his feet; he was flying! And judging from the clues I just found, Natsu and Happy are most suspicious at the moment. That's it, like it or not, It's time to hit the guild and confront those idiots.
