Secret admirer ( Yandere Kaneki x Reader)

Chapter 7

I woke up with the sun slapping my tired eyes. I realized I had fallen asleep with the windows open and now that the sun is rising I was being awake by the bright light. Even though my only will was to turn around and snore I got up and changed my t shirt to a white one. It might be early but I liked the sun rise and wasting this was not worthy of two more hours of sleep.
Since tuna sushi and cheese were not on my list of ideal breakfast, I decided to go look for a caffee around here so I can have a nice breakfast. However as I left, I stumbled into a paper and a box of chocolat.
I picked it up and it said
" Morning beautiful! Sleep well? Your secret admirer!"
Pushing off the obvious creepy, I blushed, finding the attention cute. I opened the box to find heart shaped chocolates. Whoever he is, he know how to get my attention. I put the box on the fridge and the paper on my pocket. Later when Hitomi recovered from her probable hangover I would text her the news.
I walked around my neighborhood, Nerima city, in looks of finding an open caffe. Luckily, I found one with a great chocolate croissant and chocolate milk. Yes I admit I'm a chocolate addict. I took the chance to ask if they needed a part time waitress, and even though I had a rejection, I was told a maid cafe on the district of Nakano needed a part time waitress. It wasn't my type of stuff but it was worth a shot. I would go there in the afternoon.
I went back home and found Kaneki talking the blond boy from school in front of the apartment complex. Kaneki seemed worried about something and the blond was trying to calm him down. I hide behind a wall trying not to peak but the temptation got the best of me.
I couldn't understand what they were saying but he seemed quite distressed. After ten minutes or so, the two said goodbye and after Kaneki entered his apartment, I was able to get into mine apartment unnoticed.
I caught the train to Higashi Nakano station, the closest station to the maid caffee called Sakura maid. It was a big space with plenty of tables and chairs decorated with blue stripes and bows. There was a fancy chandelier and the walls were coffee and milk brown. It seemed like a comfortable place. After being attended by a cute maid girl and ate a nice piece of cake, I was able to talk to the manager.
It was a strange lady named Sakura. She was around her thirties but she looked and acted like a teen. Her hair tips were dyed in pink and she also wore maid outfits. Her eyes were green and she said Kawai everytime I spoke. She hired me five minutes after seeing me for being" too cute" and " the costumers will love me".
She gave me a maid outfit and introduced me to the five girls working there. She also gave me a time table where I would work every week day from 5 to 6 p.m. and Saturday mornings. I was also glad it was a good pay.
After I was taught the basics and tried the maid suit ( the manager almost fainted) I thanked them and went home. It was 4 p.m. and so I texted Hitomi, telling her about the note and the new job.
" Really? Do you have any idea who might be?"
" No. No idea. This is cute but also a bit creepy!"
"It's probably some good looking guy who fell in love with you but it's too shy to talk to you!"
" I hope it's just that..."
I laid on the floor eating some vanilla cookies.
" Of course it is!" Hey come to Crystal 9 tonight! They are doing some crazy promotions and bringing DJs. You'll be able to see us again and maybe have a new interaction from your lover!"
I thought about it for a second and even though I was tired, it would be good to have a new clue to who was my secret admirer! And I did had fun yesterday, so why not?
" Sure meet me there at 9 p.m.!"
" OK, see you there!"
