Chapter Two

Chapter 2:

I woke up the next morning around 11: 30am before Cody. I went into the bathroom to make a phone call. I had to call Randy to let him know that Cody is okay with the storyline. I pulled out my cellphone. I clicked the number on my phone to dial Randy's number. I have Cody, Randy, and Ted on speed dial. The phone rang for two second before someone picked up.

"Hey girl" A dark voice said. I knew it was Randy.

I replied, "Hello Randy, I have good news."

Randy said, "What is it?"

I answered, "Cody is okay with us doing a love storyline."

"I am glad to hear that. That means he trusts us" Randy said.

I said, "Yes that is what it means."

Randy asked, "Do you want to meet later for lunch? It won't be a date. It would be two friends hanging out? I will bring Alanna. She misses seeing you."

What Randy meant is, I babysit Alanna a lot if I am in his town on the weekdays so he can be with his wife. I would take Alanna to a lot of fun places. I would read a story to her before her nap. I also would let her sleep on my lap sometimes. She must miss me since she hasn't seen me in a while.

I asked, "She is with you?"

Randy said, "Samantha and Alanna came to visit for a couple of days before I go pick you, Cody and Ted up to head to Detriot for the Royal Rumble. So I asked her just a few minutes ago before you called if I could go for lunch with you. I asked if she wanted to come but she said she will stay in the hotel. So do you want to go to lunch with me?"

I answered, "Sure I'd love to. I am sure Cody won't mind. Where do you want to meet?"

Randy said, "Meet me at the Marietta Diner?"

I said, "I can do that. See you soon. Bye."

Randy said, "Bye."

I hung up. I went out of the bathroom. I went into the bedroom. I went up to Cody who was still sleeping. I kissed his neck a bit. Kissing his neck usually wakes him up. He began to wake up. He looked up at me. He pulled me to his lips and kissed me. I kissed him back.

I asked, "Cody, may I go out to lunch with Randy?"

Cody said, "Yes you may. I will probably go hit the gym. We can meet up for dinner. Does that sound good?"

I said, "Yes it does. What time I asked?"

"Around 7" Cody answered.

I said, "I will meet you there honey. I love you."

Cody said, "I love you to."

He kissed me. I kissed him back. I went out the door. I went to my car. I got into it and started it. I drove off. I arrived to the Marietta Diner in 10 minutes. I went into the Diner. Randy already had a seat for us. I sat down where he was.

I said, "Hello Randy."

Randy said, "Hey. Alanna say hi to Christiane."

Alanna shyly looked away and said, "Hi"

"Hello Alanna. She is so cute, Randy. I really adore her. May I hold her? I miss holding her." I said.

Randy replied, "Yes she is cute. Sure."

Randy handed me Alanna. I took hold of her. I held her close to me. Alanna took a hold of my hair. I just smiled as she did.

"She misses you babysitting when I decide to go out somewhere" Randy said with a smile.
