Chapter 3: Crashing Down

"Lucy sweetheart, I need you to stay here where it's safe. Can you do that for me?" A young woman said to a small child.

The child merely nodded, fear evident in her eyes. "What's happening mama?" She asked. Her mother just shook her head, "Nothing sweetie,"

"Where's papa?" The questions kept coming. "He's--" A loud explosion erupted from outside, making the hut shake.

Lucy's mother looked around, as if she's cautious of something coming in. "Look, Lucy. I need to go and settle something. You stay in the hut until I say so. Ok? I'll see you soon." And she vanished out the door.

"Wait! Mama!" Lucy tries to go out the door, but was blocked by frozen water. It was around the whole house/hut.

She ran to the closest window, pressing her hands and face on the ice.

Lucy shot up, gasping for air. She looked around her, anxiety filling her up. What she saw was cabinets, chairs, a window next to her which was showing her the blue ocean, and a bed she was currently on.

Where in the hell am I? Lucy looked around again cautiously before she slipped out of bed. She walked towards the door, before a thought smacked her across the face. "Plue!" The Avatar yelled.

Lucy bolted out of the door without thinking. "Plue! Where are you!?" She screamed in the hallways, running in the process.

She finally saw a door up ahead and didn't hesitate to open it. "Plue!" She saw her furry friend with a bunch of Pirates surrounding him. She caught a glimpse of his white hair through the crowd.

The Pirates who heard her turned around with surprised faces.
Lucy let out a loud 'Hya!' before sending out boulders towards them using her Earth Bending.

The crowded bunch quickly dodged it, as if expecting it already.

Plue, who was glad to see her but nervous of how deadly she is sometimes, ran towards her, hoping she would understand that he's ok.

"Plue!" Lucy yelled happily for like the millionth time. They both snuggled against each other.

The mysterious people stood in front of them. Lucy stepped in front of Plue, "Who are you people?" Lucy sneered. Before they could answer, the Pink Haired man Lucy saw before stepped up.

Lucy couldn't help it, but she blushed ever so slightly.

"I should be asking you that, missy. Who are you and what are you doing on my ship?" The handsome man asked sternly.

"U-Uh, W-Well, you see.....," Lucy tried to come up with a answer, but her mind was completely blank.

Suddenly, a canon about the size of a boulder came crashing down on the bottom of the ship.

The Ship Started Sinking, Making Everyone Come Down With It.
