I woke up this morning feeling very strange, I sat up in my bunk bed and looked outside, I took of the very thin sheet of paper we used as a blanket, I shivered as my bare feet touched the stone floor, before slipping them into my slippers, I yawned and stretched my arms, stuck in cabin three, the cabin for troubled kids, I tipped over a canoe, not my fault, squirted water in a kids face, not my fault, tampered with the foantain, maybe my fault, I laughed and brushed my teeth, I listened to the wake up trumpet that I always woke up before, I'm 15, and I still go to a kids camp, I walked outside and walked to the lake, I wasn't allowed to participate in any activities till the end of summer, woopie, and then its back to the orphanage, my dad dissapeared when I was a baby, never seen the man, my mom died when I was eleven, saying that I will find my place, I sighed and sat down, the dreary camp showed sleepy sighnes of life, I smiled as kids in grey uniforms came out, the camp director, chiron, rolled out in his wheelchair, he was the only director that was nice to me, he joined me on the side of the lake, the water was grey and green, but the patch next to me was a clear blue, like always, I touched it and pulled my hand out, it was dry, I sighed again and chiron placed his hand on my shoulder,

"Any more dreams?" My dreams had gotten even weirder since I arrived here, about a huge flying boat, spiders, seven kids wit weird powers, one with blue eyes like mine, I skipped a flat rock

"No," chiron smiled at me, he adjusted his blanket over his legs and rolled away, I looked at the evil director, he snarled at me, he always gives me hard and filthy chores, like to change all the sheets, or to wash everyone's clothes, or to build a fire, and then lug water to put it out, and whenever a kid was home sick, I had to hut him, I didn't really, I told him to cry as I told him what would happen when they got home, I made up stories of cookies and chocolate milk, and warm beds, and open arms, I was the only orphan here, the rest were sent here by moms and dads that thought that it was a great place, the evil director, or Ted, as I call him, snarled at me and walked over, well stomped, his huge boots, caked with mud never let him to walk, he stomped over to me and pulled me up by my arm, he brought his face very close to mine,

"Clean the canoes" he said, he whispered, but his voice still made my ears ring, he pushed me back to the ground, I got up and stared after him, I felt the tingle in my fingers and the fountain sent a quick splash at him, wetting his shirt, he looked back at me and grumbled, I smiled and winked at the fountain, I don't know how I do it, I just do, I walked towards the pile of canoes and got the bucket, I filled it wit water and lugged it over to the pile, I started scrubbing, a kid had been sick in one, the stench was over powering, I gagged and carried on working, I smiled in satisfaction as I was finally done, just in time, the dinner bell rang, I got up and expected my hands, red, with bleeding knuckles, they stung a bit, I shook and blew on my fingers and walked towards the mess hall, chiron came up behind me, his longish brown hair and beared looked funny as he sped towards me, I smiled slightly,

"Talia" he huffed, I smiled and nodded

"The one and only" he smiled and patted my back, I walked in, took some grey lumps so called 'food' around here, and a green muck 'water' and sat down, as I touched the glass, the water became clear and blue, I smiled and took a sip, it was cool and refreshing, chiron sneaked past and passed me a blue cookie, I smiled and bent my head as I ate half, leaving the other half for later, I smiled as I hid it, I looked outside and saw the sun reach its highest peak, I groaned and pulled my hat, full of holes and dirty, I pulled it over my head and walked to Ted,

"What now?" I asked, he pointed to the lake, I was to watch the kids swim, the rest of the day went past a drag, as the sub finally set, casting long shadows over the camp, chiron came up to me,

"Meet me here later" he said, I looked at him as he wheeled away, he looked happy, I walked back to my cabin and took out my Greek mythology book, I opened it at my favorite page, about Poseidon, god of the water and oceon, I smiled and stocked the picture of him, his pure blue eyes, like mine, like that mysterious boy from my dreams, I changed to the page of Athena, goddess of war and wisdom, her grey stormy eyes looked nothing like I had ever seen, well, apart from the girl, she was always with the boy, I smiled remembering them, three girls, four boys, the boys were strong and tall, one was very handsome, and always with a breathtakingly beautiful girl, another boy was a little burly, and with a girl with brown hair and glasses, in my dreams, she always had a path of gold and diamonds following her, the boy either blue eyes and the girl with grey stormy eyes were always together, but there was always this one boy, he was tall, handsome, he had brown rough hair, that flew all ways, he had grease marks over his face and arms, he had fiery golden red eyes, I shook myself out of my phantasy as someone knocked on my door, I opened it and saw chiron, I smiled and leaned against the door,
