Sorry I haven't updated in forever I've been super busy guys
Aria had woken up the next morning feeling happy. She caught herself smiling when she had woken up. Arms had wrapped securely around her at night. She noticed that the arms belong to Riker who was still sleeping. This moment seemed to perfect and unreal to her,Aria had caught herself staring at Riker.
"So perfect."She said stroking his cheek with her thumb.
Riker moved a little then woke up. Him and Aria just stared at each other for what seemed like forever.
"How'd you sleep?"Riker asked breaking the silence.
"The best I have in awhile." She answered truthfully
There was a short pause before Riker spoke "Can I take you some where tonight?"he asked
Aria nodded "Sure."
That night Riker took Aria to the beach. The one he proposed to her at. Something about tonight seemed different,a good different.
"I think I remember this place."Aria said
A huge smile spread across Rikers face "I hoped you would."he said "I'll be right back."
She was confused but didn't bother asking where he was going. He came back a few seconds later,guitar in hand.
"What are you doing?"she asked scutching her eyebrows together
Riker smiled again "I'm playng your favorite song."he told her and began to play little things by one direction.
After he finished Aria looked as if she was about to cry "I remember that song."she said with her voice cracking "You sang it to me a few times."
"That's right!"Riker said excitedly and hugged Aria
"This spot."she started to say but moved over a few feet with Riker then continued what she was saying "You proposed to me right here."
Riker was so impressed and amazed that she remember that "You remembered! Oh my god this is amazing what else do you remember?"he asked
Aria put on her thinking face "You,Riker I remember you. I remember our wedding day,having Mary,Cole and the twin. Riker I remember!"she said laughing while crying happy tears
They rushed home and Aria kept saying things she remembered
"She remembers?"Cole asked happily
Aria hugged her children tightly and smiled at her son "I remember our food fights when we bake. Those are my favorite memories with you. Mary,we write music together with your friend that's what we do. And Aurora and Paisley we have tea parties, I sing you guys to sleep every night after a story of course."
Everyone was so shocked that Aria had remembered this much. That night it seemed like everything was back to normal before her accident because Aria was making dinner with Cole.
"It's good to have you back mom."Cole said hugging his mom
Aria couldn't say anything she was speechless so she just held him close to her. She looked up and seen Riker smiling at that moment his wife and son were having.
After all the kids went to bed that night Aria had a grin plastered on her face "I think something is long over due."she said
Riker looked confused "What's that?"he asked
Aria smirked and connected her lips to his "That duh, now come on let's go to bed I'm tired."
