My Brother's Best Friend

"What do you mean you moved out of your house?" Andi asked.

"Derricks a jerk..."

"That's no excuse for moving out. Since I'm your best friend I'm gonna tell you the truth. You need to move back in to your place."

"Why?"

"Because you might hate Derrick right now but he's still your brother."

"You are like the best friend ever so can I stay for just a little?"

"Yeah I guess so but your not avoiding him forever."

"Okay, thanks Andi." I got a blanket and slept on her couch.

I stayed at her place for about a week and then I still didn't want to go to back home. I decided to go to Juliet's for another week. Then my friends all agreed I should go home.

I looked at my phone and had missed texts from three people.

From Derrick: come home sis we need to talk

From Eva: hey girl how r u?

From Adam: wanna hang out soon?

I texted them back

To Eva: hey Eva! Not so good wbu?

To Adam: yeah how about Saturday?

To Derrick: coming home now

From Adam: yeah sounds good where should I pick you up?

To Adam: moving back in with Derrick so pick me up there I guess.

From Adam: okay

I was wondering if Derrick knew me and Adam were hanging out but I decided not to ask him right when I come back home.
