One day, when I was alone,
There also was a piece of me stolen,
It was a piece of my soul,
O' look now how it takes a toll. When loneliness became my trend,
I received a wonderful friend,
She was very far away from Me,
And it wasn't possible for her to come over for a tea .Yet we spoke daily,
In each others mind,
I followed merrily,
Because she was kind.It was God, we said.
And so a strong bond was made,
But then came the dark days,
She no longer was the same.Cold crept inside,
and she set me aside,
No longer was I her best friend,
But a toy that wasn't yet mend.During her illness and her fight,
I was always standing there at time right,
Our rendezvous,
Was all I dreamt through. But now my trend is back,
I put my wailing heart in a sack,
I continue my journey again,
Devoid of any superficial lament.Dear friend, just so you know,
I am like a fallow that isn't yet mowed,
Ever if you decided to come back,
I will forgive you, I will forgive you.****Dedicated to someone special****
