Tom:
I sat in the car horrified but what just happened. Why would she do this? What is so bad about this? I turn the car back on and drive back home. I hop out of the car, lock the door behind me and walk into the house. "mother?" I yell out. "MOTHER!" I yell louder. "WHAT?!" she yells back, "I need to talk to you!" I yell to her. "I'm coming!" she yells. I walk to the kitchen, put hot water on the stove and started making coffees for me and mother. "good morning" mother says to me as she is walking into the room. "morning" I say back, "what is it you need to talk to me about?" she asks, "It's about telly" I tell her, "what'd she do now?" she asks, "she knows" I tell her. Standing there waiting for the response my mother is going to give me. "how?" she asks, "she told me that she went up to the attic" I explained. My mother silently hoped up out of her chair and started to go upstairs upstairs. "what about your coffee?" I ask, "I'm just going to check something" she tells me before disappearing up the stairs. I sit silently on my chair slowly sipping my coffee while watching mother's coffee blow steam up. I think about what happened today and wonder weather she is going to come back or not. Assuming she went to school, I will be picking her up this afternoon. I hear footsteps coming down the stairs. I quickly sit up straight and stop sipping my coffee. "she doesn't intend to come home today" mother said, "how do you know?" I ask, "it is one of the powers I have being a witch" she answered. she took her coffee and went upstairs. I sat there shocked. I looked at my phone to see a message from Telly.
