Meeting The Players

It wasn't that hard moving from one state to another. I'm a foster kid, I'm used to it. But moving to California to a famous viners house? Not just a famous viner, but The Cameron Dallas. Wow. Mind blown. My friends, or used to be friends, would always talk about him and another guy named Nash. I really enjoyed seeing them light up when they would talk about them, but me, I didn't even have a phone. Foster parents have a choice on those things and my past foster lives sucked. S-u-c-k-ed.

I was currently waiting at the social system office in Chino Hills, waiting for Gina, my new foster mom, to arrive. I've only met her once, for coffee and she was very nice and was really sweet. My black suitcase, which consisted of four pairs of clothing, two pairs of shoes and my toothbrush, hairbrush, deodorant and shower things were jam packed to the fullest. My new social worker, Jordie, was retelling me all the rules and shit that I already know.

"You got that?" She asks and I nod my head. "Now Cameron is kind of famous, so there will be a lot of attention put on you from the fans. Do not rely on the hate. It is just stupid teenagers that are jealous and who spend their lives on twitter."She stated. "Okay. Anything else I need to know?" I ask and re position my legs in the red padded chair I was sitting in. "I told you about Sierra right?" She asks and I nod. Jordie looks at the door and a very tall, slender Gina walks in. I smile.

"Ella! So nice to see you. I'm sorry that I'm late. I was cooking and I saw the time and I hurried out the door." Gina explains and I nod as she hugs me. "Cameron and Sierra are so pumped to meet you." She explains and I grab my suitcase after Gina I handed paperwork and we walked to her car. It was a nice smelling car. I hum to the music that is softly playing in the background, which must be The Weeknd's CD because you usually don't hear two songs by the same person in a row on the radio. "Do you like The Weeknd?" Gina asks and I nod. "Yeah." I say.

"You and Cameron have similar tastes. This is his CD. He likes rap music in general. And pop." I nod at similar tastes that me and my foster brother already have.

We parked in a long driveway that led to a gorgeous house. This must be Gina's house. "Cameron lives in a penthouse with Nash and Hayes. I hope you don't mind if Nash and Hayes come for dinner?" She asks. "No! It's totally fine." I answer. "Plus also, I will have to meet them someday." I say. She laughs and shows me towards my room. "We'll go shopping sometime tomorrow to get some clothes and furniture. Okay? Dinner is in an hour. Feel free to use the computer. I mean...it's yours anyways." She says as she grabs a pile of folded clothes and walks downstairs.

Well, it's better than all my other homes...and It's only my first day here.

I walk towards the fairly large desk and pull up spotify and sign up, and start to listen to Ed Sheeran. I unpack my suitcase, placing the clothes nicely in the dresser and my other things. The room was purple, my favorite color, other than black, and had a huge bed in the middle, with beautiful designs on the walls. I get out my journal, which I've had since I was seven, and wrote some lines of a song. Not catchy enough to sing out loud, but good enough to rhyme.

"Ella!" Gina hollers and adds, "Dinner, hun." I smile and make my way down the stairs and find the kitchen...somehow. "The boys are late...like always. Cam said they would be here in a few." She explained and I nodded with a bright, hopeful smile aligning my cheeks. I sit down and think to myself. Before I know it, a door slams open and three booming voices fill the air.

First Cameron walks in. I know this because I saw some family photos and Cameron was in most of them. Next was a guy with really blue eyes and was a few inches taller than Cameron. He had loose hair that almost hit his shoulders, but was hidden with a black hat. "Mummy!" Cameron squealed and attacked her with a huge hug. Cameron pulls away and turns around and looks at me.

"You must be Ella. Its so nice to Finally meet you!" Cameron says and walks over to me and sits next to me. "That's Nash...and um...Hayes is behind him." Nash steps away to reveal Hayes, who was...damn. He had Nash's eyes but his eyes weren't as open, kinda concealed or locked up. He was about the same height and his hair was styled into a messy quiff. And his smile-God Ella...stop. "Hi. I'm Ella. Cameron's foster sister." I greet and go for a shake of Nash's hand, but he pulls me in for a hug. Wow. Hayes does the same and we all sit down as Sierra joins us. Dinner goes by fairly well and is filled with funny jokes and things about everyone's week. Hayes doesn't talk much. I don't either, but he barely put in four words. I caught him staring at me a couple of times and stared back for the hell of it. A small smirk formed on his lips and I cocked an eyebrow. His smirk became a smile and my lips formed into a straight line. He finally gave up and looked down, smiling to himself.
