After school roc drove me home

-while in the car-

Me -so roc why did u and prod move out here

Roc-well we live with our mom ,our dad left when me and prod were 5 years ,so by that time we lived chicago ...we moved here because my mom wanted a new start so why not move to los angelos

Roc stopped infront of my house and parked the car

Roc- so i guess ill see tommorow?

Me-yea

I got out the car and walked on my porch step and then i waved roc off ,after he left i smiled and walked into my house into the living room

Mom-oh okay just dont let your father catch u with him

This was shocking to me , my mom was talking to me she usually only has something mean to say or hits me ,i guess she seen my face

Mom-i know i havent been a great mom trust me im trying to get us outta hear but its hard every time i try to get us to leave he beats ,yea ur father beats me too why u think i act like i dont care cause if i say something hell will break loose (starts crying) listen mimi im sorry okay i tried to leave nut he wont let us ,hes crazy

Me- ( crying ) its okay mom i forgove you

Mom-now go upstairs and pack a secret bag we are getting outta here ,he cones home late tonight ,and u can bring ur friend ik about her two dont worry ,make this quick ,he comes home at 11:00 u have 5 hours ..start packaing (goes upstairs)

I called summer and told her and she said she coming in thirty minutes ,i guess she had all her things packed already

While paacking i just thought about roc

How would he feel when i left how woud prodigy feel if summer left ,how would me and summer feel without our two new friends ,i would ask them to come but they have a great life ..ehh they'll live

-2 hours later-

My mom came in my room

Mom-come on we gotta go , call ur friend and tell her to be outside were going to (whispers) chicago

I nodded my head and grabbed my bags and put it in the car and me n my mom was off to summers house

-5 minutes later-

We reached summers house and she got in the car after she was done putting her bags in the trunk

We were off but before i left l.a i sent roc a text saying " im gonna miss u , i just had to get rod of my past and im sorry for leaving but you know what they say if u like someone let them go and let the future take its course ,dont miss me too much " i pressed send ,smiled and looked out the window

Summers pov

When mimi called me i was so happy, i already had all my shit packed and ready to go , good thing my parents werent home

When they got here i put my things in the trunk and got in the back seat

Before we left i sent prod a text message

" i had to go okay dont be upset with me ,you will find me again ,just dont try finding let the future bring you me ,i had to leave i am tired or my life " i sent the text and he texted back

"What are you talking about "

I never answered his text back
