Let's Play a Game

Okay, here's the game. I'll write a story and you have to guess which movie it's based on. Here's a hint, Stop Motion. Okay, here we go...

I looked from Grace to Helen. I couldn't betray either of them. I hadn't meant to marry Helen...it just happened. Both Grace and the ghost looked beautiful, in there own way. Both wearing white dresses and looking at me expectantly.

"I-I don't know," I said.

Helen sighed. "You don't deserve me, Richard. I'm dead. You deserve to marry Grace. You were betrothed to her first." Then she took my hand and Graces, placing them together.

"But what about you?" I asked, afraid to hurt Helen's feelings, especially since all she'd been through in her previous life.

Helen gave me a dry smile. "You've made me happier then I have in my entire after life, Richard. But I don't want to have to kill you...you have so much to live for. Together."

My hand tightened on Grace's. She smiled softly up at me.

"Thank you Richard," Helen said. "I hope we'll meet again someday in the other world." She waved goodbye, then disapeared.

I turned to Grace. She smiled and wrapped her arms around me. I did likewise. I was finally ready to marry, on purpose this time.
