1st day back at this new college.. Finally in year 12 baby 💃🏾yaaaaaas!!

New year but these same old habits keep following me.. So once again I was late on the first day.. IMAGINE!
If my mum found out about this she'd beat me up on a reals

So I walk into the college and there's loads of new students just standing around the reception area.. There were mostly boys who were Somalian or black.. A few Asians here & there but hardly any girls.

I was so confused as to what to do so I just followed the crowd and joined the queue they were all standing in.
I got out my phone and checked to see whether HE had sent me a message.. & he had.

Yeah just touched.. But I have no clue where to go 😅 so I'm just in a line for the reception

I locked my phone and held it in my hand as it was soon my turn.

When it reached my turn I told the receptionist my surname & she told me what room my form class will be in.. 204.. That was the second floor which was the maths floor.

*whatsapp notification goes off*
I check my phone & see that my squad's group chat is getting active.. Before I opened it I scanned to see whether Tiyone has replied but he hadn't.. So I checked up on my girls.

Maaaaad.. Look at these girls 😹😹.. There I was thinking I was late but Tiffany's still at yard.. Oh Jesu!!

I got to my form room & knocked on the door.. I was told to come in & all eyes were on me.. Sighs.. It's annoying when people do that.. Bare watching gyal for.

My form tutor was a Spanish man.. I could tell .. He told me to come to his desk & tell him my name
After I did that he told me to sit wherever... I looked around for Claudia and sat on her table.. We instantly got to talking.

"Bruv.. This is so dead" I said
"Trust me.. Not even 1 single buffting in this form"
"Oh my.. At least there will be no distractions"

Once it hit 12.. We were allowed to have a 30 minute break before we had 1 extra form lesson then lunch.

Me & claudia walked out our form class & I got my phone out to ask the rest where they were

Where you lot man?? Meet at reception.

I put my phone away and we headed to the reception.. When we got there Tiffany & Carla were already there sitting on the sofa.

"Girrrllliesssss" me & claudia said together
" what time do you call this" Claudia said
We all burst out laughing
"Leave us man.. How's your form classes though?" Carla said
Me & Claudia looked at each other like.....
"DEAAAAAD" we both said in unison
"I went to my form room but only stayed for like 5mins cause I was late innit" Carla said
"The spices in her form you guys.. Oh my daze.. She is soooo lucky " Tiffany told us.. About Carla's form
"Wait how do you know?" I asked
"Cause she told me to come to hers then we'll go to mine but I never got the chance to go to mine you see 😹" LOOOL

Finally Precious decided to join us and we all just sat & talked for a few.. We made a few new friends like this really really buff Somalian girl called Paige & her friend Queena.

We then decided to go into the LRC cause it seemed like that's where everyone chilled.. As we walked in all you saw were some people doing work (these being the A2 students) & others sitting on the 3 sofas that were in there.

Found ourselves a nice spot by the computers and decided to chill there.

"Oh my daze you guys.. Benel is in my form !" Carla said
" who the hell is Benel?" I asked confused
"Some boy that used to get on our bus back in like year 7/8 with that other small boy.. Can't remember his name"
"Quame" Tiffany & Precious said together
" yeahhhhh him.. They both come here"
"Really.. I haven't seen then in yearssssss" Precious said
I had no idea as to who these boys were to be honest
"Pfftt.. I saw then during summer but they didn't even say they were coming SHED" Tiffany said (School of higher education diplomas... Moist I know.. But bare With me 😹)
"How comes you saw them in summer" Claudia asked
"They're my family friends so I see them often" Tiff replied .. Ooooh makes sense
"He's glowed a bit you know.. In fact they both have" Carla said

I wonder who these boys are and why I haven't heard about them before.. Oh well.. I got bored so I just got out my phone and saw that Tiyone had replied back.. I instantly got happy.. Don't know why cause I don't like him or anything ...

Before we knew it.. This loud squad of black and Somalian boys came strolling in like they owned the place.
We immediately burst out laughing cause they actually fully thought they were big men.

NOT surprisingly they came & formed their own circle a metre away from us.. We looked at each other & rolled our eyes..

I was too busy chatting to Tiyone that I didn't even pay attention to the boys (not that they needed any) or what my girls were saying .. They were probably discussing which one was buff and which one was bunaclapped (my word for people who are bun+clapped 😂)

Tiyone must've said something funny and I burst out laughing really loud.. Everyone stopped and looked at me.. Including the boys.. Seconds later everyone just burst out laughing as well.. INCLUDING the boys.. When they did that ... The girls stopped laughing and we just stared at them like fools..

"Oh my daze.. They're going to be such a headache I swear" Paige said

The bell rung seconds after so we gathered all our snacks and put them in our bags and proceeded to walk out. As we were walking you could hear the boys say "bufftings" and "big batty gyals" and start cheering.. Eurgh bunch of animals.. We headed back to our form classes and decided to meet at the reception sofa again after our lesson.

An hour later it was LUNCH TIME.. Yaaaaaas!!!!!!!!!

We were all by the reception waiting on Tiffany who came down 10mins after us... We decided to go to McDonalds as we knew for a fact that the school's food would be rather nasty.

After copping that quarter pounder.. Large chips & a drink.. We came back to school and went down to the basement where the canteen was.
Walking down the stairs we could already hear how loud it was.. We got there and found a table that was free.. Which not surprisingly was connected to the table where those Somalians and black boys were situated.

Me& my girls looked at each other and prepared ourselves for the endless churping that would probably take place.
Sitting down we could hear the boys talking about girls they've beat.. Typical.

Claudia was just getting into a mad story about her cousin & some boy when a white Samsung Galaxy s5 slide across our table.. We all looked up and saw the boys preeing us.. We then looked back at the phone and found the snapchat app open to the page where you type in the username of the person you want to add.

The girls & I all looked at each other with the same facial expression.. We knew the drama that would come soon..
This was just the calm before the storm.

Claudia&Carla put in their snap names whilst the rest of us decided not to. I was too busy into my own phone talking to someone. When they were done.. They slid the phone back and we resumed our conversation.

Oh goodness hear we go .. I knew from that moment that this year would fully be a madness..

& a madness it truly was.
