Pershia was siting in class not really paying attention as to what her year 10 English teacher was talking about.
With one arm on her head keeping it up the other was spread across the table tapping a pencil.
"Hey mind if you stop doing that it's kinda annoying?" asked an unfamiliar voice.
Pershia looked up abruptly to see the new boy sitting next to her, she had heard about him from one of her few friends but never took much care into how beautiful he really was.
His dark brown almost black hair swayed over his tanned face although the sides were shaved short. Pershia stared at his piercing blue eyes mixing great with his almost perfect complexion. Moving on she realised he had the perfect mouth filled with perfect pearl white teeth.
"Sorry. Are you the new guy?" She mumbled Mentally hitting herself against her head at what a bad conversation starter that was... Of course he was the new guy!
"Um yeah I moved in on Gerdaline road not far from here last week"
"Hey that's where I live" Pershia exclaimed.
"Cool maybe I could walk you home, I noticed you yesterday alone, I'll be at the school gates after school see you then."
"wait I don't even no your name" Pershia called out but he was already gone.
Pershia was over the moon, not even having maths now could depress her because she had a hot boy walking her home after school.
Pershia grabs her books and skips to next lesson.
'It wont work'
Pershia looked around to see where the voice that sounded so like Abby's was coming from.
"Who are you?"
The voice just laughed.
Pershia sat In maths thinking back to when her mum use to claim she heard voices. Was she going crazy too? No she didn't dance and sing and have crazy eyes. She had friends and went to school.
The more Pershia tried to convince herself she was sane the more she heard the voice.
"Pershia are you ok?" Asked a concerned math teacher.
Pershia stopped banging her ears realising she was being watched by the whole class now.
"Uh yeah I-Er just have an ear ache"
"Hm go to the nurse."
Pershia Hurrys out of the class thankful for the easy exit. Tears started to form in her eyes so she started making her way to the toilets.
Locking her self away she sat on the closed toilet.
'New boy is bad news stay away from him!'
The tears slid down Pershias face slowly and painfully.
"Who are you I'm not Amanda leave me alone!"
But just like the last time the only reply she got was a laugh.
Pershia checked the time she had 5 minutes until the end of school. Taking out her foundation she rubbed it on her now blotchy red face.
She looked in the mirror and straightened out her hair, and was sure for a split second she had seen Abby behind her.
Confused and scared to be alone he hurried out of the toilets and towards the school gate where the new boy told her her would meet her.
Pershia stood at the corner of the road side Alone as one or two pupils strolled out of school.
Tapping her foot impatiently she took out her phone to see the time. 3:10pm school was finished now. Where was he?!
"Your here early. Let's go!" Said the warm familiar voice.
They walked in sync the opposite way to most pupils heading for the bus.
"I don't even know your name." Pershia said it as more of a question.
" Montel, yours?"
Pershia smiled what a lovely name.
"Pershia"
Montel had never heard this name before and quite frankly he thought it suited her. She was beautiful. Montel was a known lady killer in his pervious school and had decided to make a change a his new one.
He believed Pershia would be the one I settle him down although he felt she wasn't interested in him. I'll change that he thought.
After 25 minutes of endless chit chat they said their goodbyes and headed into their homes. Montel lived directly across the street,
Short but wanted to introduce Montel , what do you think of him ??
